Great place to shop I refer most of my customers to Home Depot and it's one of the stores I would say rated number one throughout Broward I shop here for years the customers love it the employees feel like a part of family they're very good employees great people to work with ask questions they go above and beyond trying to please your needs when you come into that store

I had a terrible experience with your associate Fred Newell. He is rude and condescending.

Customer service provided by Donald is always A1 every time I visit this location! He’s Always willing to assist along with being very knowledgeable!

I just left Home Depot. I needed to use customer service because the item i needed was out and f stock. Both Siraj and Carlos attended to my needs and made sure I was happy and got what I needed. A very good experience.

I was anxious because my refrigerator at home had failed. A friend recommended this Home Depot and after I went there I understood why. A very helpful sales lady took my order and helped calm my anxiety by helping me pick out just what I needed. I’ll be back.

Because this store has THE BEST manager! Howard is very professional and he is 100% compromised with the customer and what he does! I’m professional organizer, and I’m staging a beautiful house at Parkland. I was in need with some plants today, Sunday, and Howard make sure that everything works to my project! Frank in Electrical is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I purchased exactly what I needed. Howard in Outside Garden is an exemplary employee and that is hard to find these days! I went to purchase a grill and he stopped what he was doing to assist me and answer all my questions. He offered to assist with loading it in my vehicle. Hard to find good people these days but he made my experience very easy and enjoyable.

I now have all the products needed to fix my porch!

I was doing renovation on two bedrooms. The workers that I had contact with, Eddie, Jacob, Dave to name a few were very accommodating.

I have bought refrigerators, washers, almost all my plants and trees for my home, lumber, nails, screws, power tools from this Coconut Creek Store. Great place to shop

My contractor ran out of concrete and I had to run out and grab 8 50lb bags. Adrian, an employee went out of his way to help me. He saw me struggling with the concrete. He pushed the heavy cart to the check out line and then loaded the concrete into my car. Great employee who cares!

Excellent experience and service while shopping items

Toda we purchased 2 toilets. On both of our visits Fred in the plumbing area was an excellent help. He guided us through the options available. In addition he made sure we had all necessary items to install a vanity top. If you have plumbing questions he is definitely your go to guy!!

Sharon cashier at the garden dept was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Sent Howard and Danny to help us load the plants we bought and they were careful prompt and nice as well! Great garden team.
