Probably the best Home Depot ever.

I came over from another store and was having problems getting an item. They called up an Assistant Manager to help. The problems I was having were big and they could have told me to come back in a few days to resolve them. This lady took care of everything. Very impressive. She had several fires to put out while helping me. Customers were being rude to her. She kept a smile on her face and was pleasant to them the entire time…..Impressive. We need more people like her in the industry.

Debbie Barbieri is an Appliance Specialist and I highly recommend asking for her when making purchases or appliance orders.

The selection and variety of products is the best. Fair warning: sometimes self-checkout is your only option. I am not a fan of self-checkout. Call me old-fashioned if you want, but take note: there is no difference between self-checkout and ordering online. People go into the store for a reason! If I am going to have to ring up my own purchase, I am going to stay home, save myself the gas, and order the item online.

Their Appliance Specialist, Debbie, was great. She made great recommendations and provided very helpful information! Made our experience amazing!

Everything I ask for assistance someone is available within a few minutes. They always do an excellent job cutting blinds down to size and everyone is very knowledgeable about where to find specialty items.

Upon checking out of the garden section, Cheryl at the cashier's desk was absolutely delightful to talk to! She asked me questions about my flowers and kept the conversation engaging. She is a fantastic employee.

When I shop at Home Depot, I always am treated like a family member. The stress of the times with the high gas prices and unknown future of our country, Home Depot is a comfortable place to shop because of the family atmosphere there.

Tried to get my Veteran's Discount - app on phone did not work in the store - connectivity problems... Garden sent me to customer abuse - excuse me customer service - no help... Asked for a manager - we went through the whole thing on my phone - it didn't work - and the best solution he could come up with was to RELOAD THE APP... WHAT ???

Today needed very strong security chain and lock to not only hold down a large wooden box on my utility trailer, but also to be the secure anti theft method so the box could not be stolen. I got more than I paid for in service and assistance and without the usual signs they really did not want to help. In fact I would say they went above and beyond for both the purchase and experience. I will be back to the CDL,ID store soon. It may be 30 miles away from my home in Spokane Valley but well worth the beautiful drive and great experience. Thanks again folks, you amazed me and that is hard to do today.

Purchased a tankless water heater and had nothing but problems. Returned with no problem after 2 yrs since it was under warranty.

I had a large and complex order for my checkout, many store employees team-worked together to help me. Outstanding.

Always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and never had a bad experience in any of my visits.

Be aware. They are not honoring your state ID and previous sign up for a discount. They shoved a paper at me and told me I had to sign up on my phone. It turns out you have to pay a membership fee to get a discount.

East Side Lake Delivery schedule and services are terrible. Use Low's!

If you want a review why limit to a 'product'? The product is customer service and the management. THAT IS A PRODUCT.

The staff at the paint store ALWAYS provide outstanding assistance. I show pics of projects that I have completed and they show genuine interest. They rock. They know colours, sheens (especially the guy who loves satins), and how to enhance a room to look its best.

I bought a Ridgid job box and I had to come back three times because one didn’t fit, the second one was damaged and then the third was just right. Dennette was there for all of it and was very helpful in making sure I had a great experience all three times there at the Coeur d’Alene store (#1803). She went above and beyond her position to make sure that I got a good value and was happy with the product. Five stars!

The product I hoping to get was not available, any has not been for a couple of years. The item is called THD Quality Management.

An AM namde Christopher treated my family rudely while we were shopping for a Christmas tree. instead of helping, he accused us of trying to steal it. he tried to divert us away from the tree area to make sure we paid. but then the tree wouldn't be wrapped up to take home. He wouldn't let it go. or us go. So rude.

It's always a pleasure doing business at the Coeur d'Alene store. The staff is always very personable and help full. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. More-so than the other stores of the same kind in the area.

With the rainy season approaching we decided to install rain gutters on our barn. We were directed to the proper aisle and immediately found what we were looking for. All the parts necessary to complete the job were immediately available and within 15 minutes we were checked out and heading home. I'm not an avid shopper, but I always enjoy my visits to Home Depot.

I always seem to get great customer service when I go into this store.

Aisles filled with pallets and junk in carts all over the place. Employees seem miserable but try and be friendly. I feel sorry for them.

Get Michael out of the paint department. He is the absolute worst.
