I came in to by a dryer on 12/26. I wasn't impressed with Sam. I didn't need to hear how while he's being paid to do his job. But Jim assisted me on 12/29 with the purchase of a refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable n helpful

The store must be run by hordes. It's a mess

I’m new in the area and went in to pick up some tools for a project. The employees weren’t helpful and were rude. Won’t be back.

I am always able to find exactly what I need for a great price

Always followed around the store by employees, no matter how many times I come in and always pay for my items. It gets old quick.

I was greeted by a very knowledgeable, friendly employee and with his help, picked up 5 items in different areas of the store in a few minutes.

We bought a stove, customer service inside Home Depot was great. The delivery experience was a headache! I would not recommend using their delivery service!!! We've waited four hours for out delivery just to find out it was canceled this morning and we weren't notified via text - which was our choice of communication.

I had a $15 off $100 coupon. I read all of the exclusions - lumber was not listed under exclusions. I loaded up my cart and when I attempted to check up - it would not accept my coupon. The associate said its probably because the coupon can’t be used on wood.

Dreaded placing large order for building material. Young man named JAYDEN, servicing the Pro Desk as Home Depot in College Station, made my day with his competence, friendliness, eagerness to assist me expeditiously, his knowledge of all products, and his computer skills. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Do not expect to get any help finding locating let alone loading any of your items! I have never seen as many people merely standing around talking doing nothing and the customer has to find and then load all of these items their selves and I am talking old people and our daughter

You had absolutely no one that knew anything about trim and molding n that department On Sunday August 10, 2025. Around 2pm. The whole department is mixed up, and your “Help Desk” in doors was no Help at all, as there was no one on shift to work it. I left with no trim for a project because the College Station Home Depot didn’t care enough to even help me spend my money. Fail.

2 young men heled me locate a product I was looking for and the nice young man at the paint desk was wonderful in helping me get the color of paint I am needing. Good job guys. I really appreciate y'all helping me and the lady at the check out was great. I had a wonderful shopping experience

When the delivery people came to my house, I was informed that I needed a plumber because I had a plastic shut off valve, and they would not touch it. Plumber came out and had this look of concern as I did not have a plastic valve but the required metal one. Another week goes by, and the delivery person , a different one, started to tell me that it’s a plastic valve. I stopped and informed him that the plumber gave me pictures of the metal valve, so he finally attaches the water line. Really concerned that these delivery men don’t really know what they are doing. Last time I buy from a big box store.

I was searching for a mower and Donna was the best she greeted me listened to my needs and was able to help me pick the best one for my budget

All too often I see multiple employees chatting together at the checkout area, ignoring customers. The auto checkout can be repetitively saying "customer needs assistance at the checkout", and they will continue talking to each other and ignore it. On this particular visit, I needed wire, and after asking an employee to send someone to that aisle to help me and also scanning the QR code at the wire lockup, I still got no assistance. I had to hunt down an employee on the middle aisle and ask for his assistance to get the wire.

When we go to Home Depot in College Station, we always find what we need. The staff is friendly and the prices are good also.

I was in need of a new mower. After an unpleasant experience with Northstar I decided to take a trip to Home Depot. The associate, Andrew B. was astounding! Without a doubt, he was the best employee I have ever dealt with from any store.

Again I'm writing to give credit to Rosa at the C.S. Tx.store. She made SURE this 3rd trip for the same purchase was the one that finally worked. I was NOT going to ever go to another of your stores had she not made sure to do EVERYTHING to assist me..and she did. TBANKYOU GIRL, your a great asset to that store. Great customer service.

Everyone had time to answer my questions and took personal time to help me get my needs taken care of.

I bought 4 on sale items, but they all rang up regular price…total of $34.94 over the sale price. But then I had to go back & take pictures of the Sale signs before the self checkout clerk would believe me. Is Home Depot trying to “fleece” its customers???

This HD store is the closest one I have, even though it is 1hr away from my home. The store is always clean and stocked. Employees are nice and helpful, when you find one. Wish they had a bigger Clearance section. Great store and location. Keep up the great job Home Depot!!

I always enjoy shopping at the College Station HD.

We had a deck to build which meant lots of lumber. We ordered it online and headed right over to Home Depot. They called us as we were pulling into the parking lot, had us pull in under contractor loading zone, and had us loaded and out of there in 5 mins. Great service, and super fast turn around!!!

The store was very clean, the employees are excellent, the shelves had more than I expected to select from, the checkout was quick and friendly. Excellent shopping experience

Needed help in appliance debt. Melissa was so helpful and truly enjoyed interacting with us. She is a wonderful manager who obviously cares about her job and her customers

An employee helped us find what we were looking for and showed us a couple of options. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

You have a bunch of lazy college students. They sit there on their phone while you’re trying to ask a question or in a conversation of a group of three or more just stand in there and you stand next and waiting to ask a question and then when you go load, the girls never helped they hold the flags. What’s with that if every female wants equal work he could pay they need to do that. I’m a customer about $20-$40,000 a year. I’m actually getting very sick of it.
