While removing a sticker, I saw that I paid $24.98 for a plant that was marked $19.98 previously. That’s an unethical way to run a business and shows little respect for customers.

I had 3 different items on my list and couldn’t find the amount of all to match colors. However Brittany at the Service desk looked each up and then walked to each section and found ALL! Thanks again!

The guys in the plumbing area were extremely helpful to myself and my husband.

Highly recommend having your cashiers versus making customers do your cashier work for free. I personally think this is going to come back and harm your business.

This is my go-to Home Depot! Occasionally I’ll go to the Home Depot in East Memphis on Truse Parkway or the one on Riverdale. Neither location compares to the Collierville Home Depot!

I was in the Home Depot store a week ago and had the best experience ever. The customer service was the best I have ever had. A wonderful lady by the name of Gina helped me get exactly what I needed. She new her products and new them well. Robert has was a big help handling the 8 boxes of blinds that I purchased. I won't be going anywhere else now.

This is by far my favorite Home Depot in the Memphis area. I come primarily for their houseplant selection, which is always abundant. I’ve purchased some beautiful plants there, and plan on buying a few more. I always leave with vibrant, beautiful plants.

I normally go into the store to purchase a few items on my way into work. Usually have what i need.

I bought some automotive items would not expect to find at Home Depot. They were also priced much better than AutoZone. I had a pleasant experience. Well lot store. Easy to find merchandise. Clean and well organized store. Pleasant young lady at checkout. Thanked me for my purchase.

I bought a highly recommended electric dryer from this store. The sales lady, Kameisha, could not have been friendlier and helpful. BUT the delivery/installation team was unprofessional. They had moody boots and did not seem bothered to drop chunks of it on my brand new wood stairs. I gave them shoe covers but they warned me that their dolly was muddy as well and they would not allow me to put a painters tarp on the stairs. They wanted to dump the dryer in my garage but I declined reminding them that I pre-paid for delivery, installation and removal of the old dryer. Not to have it dropped in my garage. I declined this delivery. When I checked my purchase online I found out those characters marked it as "delivered" and forged my signature! I tried calling the HD customer service line but was kep waiting hold for over 20 minutes. Useless. I was forced to go back to the store and discuss it with a supervisor. Lesson - while a friendly helpful saleperson is nice, a professional and ethical delivery and installation is more important. By employing such unprofessional jerks HomeDepot is punishing loyal customers and destroying its brand,

I purchased a tankless water heater from Home Depot at a good price but the store's contracted installer (there is only one) refused to install it because I did not purchase it through them. I had to reach out to the manufacturer for an approved installer for their brand in my area, not associated with Home Depot, for installation. Here is my question, why would Home Depot have such an arrangement with their "installer?" Acoording to the store representative, this arrangement applies to all plumbing items you might want installed by their contracted installer.

The friendly service at this store is incomparable. There is ALWAYS a sales associate that extends an offer to help me locate items. I have never had a bad experience at the Collierville location. In fact, I will go out of my way to go there.

I haven't received my stove yet but I had a great experience with Sale Person - PV5EFMG @ Home Depot in Collierville, TN. I commented to my husband that it couldn't have gone any smoother!

The sales people here are very courteous and helpful.

I have placed several online orders fulfilled by Collierville and the results have been excellent. In store purchases likewise. Yesterday, I had a large return of a defective tub and they handled it quickly and courteously. Very thankful for the customer service seat staff!

When is Collierville getting a Rental Center? Why not put gas pumps in parking lot like the Smyrna TN store has. Bulk Material sales

She remembered something that I was looking for the day before, and found it for me and it reminded me that she found it when I came in, so I can purchase it.

I just moved to this area and i have been a élite member for ages now and the last two times i came into home depot it wasn't good they were rude and i felt rush. i came today to this location and it was a 180 Shunta greeted me right away with a real smile and helped me with my questions even went the extra mile to get me a person that could help me further with this recent experience i will continue to shop here and make this location a stop thank you so much for being fast and freindly!!!

Home Depot is my Handyman Store. I find all needed at a competitive price and the store employees are awesome and award winning. Great attitudes, also.
