Attended the Tile class taught by Mike. It was fantastic. Mike Shaw is very helpful, knowledgable & taught the tile class step by step for beginners.

MARCUS was extremely helpful in providing information on how to finish a couple of small tasks. He even provided suggestions and alternatives on parts I might use. I ended up picking from his suggestions. I was so pleased that I casually mentioned it to the cashier, MARIA, and she suggested that I fill out a survey and mention MARCUS by name. I thanked her for mentioning it, and she was so friendly, that I thought I would mention MARIA by name too. Now these surveys are usually impersonal, but I think it might be good if MARCUS and MARIA got some face-to-face feedback from Home Depot on what a pleasant experience they made it.

I love this Home Depot store. I have been to most of the Home Depot in the area and this is the best out of all. The associates are very helpful and friendly and are very knowledgeable in their products. Will come back again!!!

The employees were very helpful--especially the cashier who helped us pay for the propane gas tank, and the sales clerk who helped us find the right bulb for our garage door connection.

Home Depot is by far the best place to buy a lawnmower! The associates and the store manager were very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful in assisting me to find the right mower to meet my needs. I ended up with a brand new Honda mower that was already put together. They even put the mower in my car! I was in and out of the store with my new mower in less than 20 minutes. The whole process was fast & easy with no pressure. What a great shopping experience!

Was in a hurry to get some new light bulbs (three different types) and not only did the associates guide me to the correct aisle, he recommended some energy saver versions for all three types.

I brought my weed trimmer in that was not working. Two associates, Tommy and Rob, helped me find what I needed and even helped to install the spark plug. They were so helpfull and friendly.

You have to love going to a store where you are greeted with a smile and are able to find everything on your list without having to search the entire store to find the items. Highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

We asked a Associate for help and he wanted to get someone. After 10 minutes nobody showed up and we saw the associate helping another customer. After we went there again and said we still hadn't ound what we are looking for, he sent us to the customer service. The rest of the experience was good, clean store, (except from our item) you could find everything really fast.

The Columbia MD Store is Very Nice. The Team Very Helpful w/an Associate at the door pointing you in the right direction from the Start !!!! I am so happy with the Experience I had at Home Depot Columbia and will definitely return. Great Job Columbia MD Team !!!!

It's impossible to find an associate to help you. They tell you that they'll get someone who can help you, but they don't. They seem bothered when asked a question. I've had associates roll their eyes at me. It's been like this for years at Home Depot. Not just this one, but all the Home Depot's I've shopped at. Where are all the associates? hiding in the back room? The people in the paint department are nice and helpful. This is the Home Depot on Snowden River Parkway in Ellicott City, MD.

I usually get absolutely NO HELP whatsoever in loading heavy stuff into my car.

The associates were always accessible. I needed help finding a few items and they were very helpful. The gentleman even accompanied me to the product.

I want to express my appreciation To Juan in the electrical and sometimes Plumbing Department. Juan is considered one of this stores valued assets. He his always friendly and patient (which in today's enviroment is a major achievement. Above all else he his extremely knowledgeable as can be validated by the customers who will line up and wait to discuss their various projects or delemas as they know he usually has a solution.

Extremely happy - was able to find all that I needed and picked up a few ideas.

Great staff and very helpful. Especially Ms. Terri at customer service desk. Also Sean and the other Saun was very helpful. Always willing to help to find what I need

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed an order and was contacted to schedule a pick-up. I was greeted by a nasty attitude and rude service. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. STORE MANAGER ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY.

The flooring associate , Sarah,was extremely rude and seemed very upset that she had to assist me.She kept calling me , "Honey " and "Love" every time I asked her something and wouldn't let me loom at the monitor when she was ordering ! She was quite reluctant to have someone help load the items into my car because she wanted the items to be delivered instead ! Her attitude was terrible and after all these years of shopping at Home Depot, I have decided never to go to the store on Snowden River Pkwy.again !

I bought my first battery powered lawn mower recently. The lawn mower came with a battery and charger. When attempting to charge the battery prior to the first use, I found the battery to be faulty. Rather than repackage the entire mower and transport the 50lbs+ back to the store, I returned to the store with just the battery and charger hoping to merely exchange the faulty components. Initially I was told that I would need to return all components, mower included, in order to process an exchange. Sensing my frustration, Linda, the associate working the returns counter, proposed an alternative solution. She found another complete unit, removed and tested the battery from that mower system, then used it to process the exchange without my having to return to the store with my specific mower. What a great solution and great customer service!

The store was clean, product was easy to find.....
