Awful customer service. The staff is unwilling to assist you and the ones that do are very incompetent and provide you with incorrect information. Don’t even bother to voice your complaint to the staff as they will just nod thier head and walk away.

I was set up so loss prevention could get a commission! Scanned a barcode for a $69.00 Dremel, beeped and rubbed item on counter for RFID. i had a full cart of a total of 50 items for $340.06 on this visit, most dremels have RFID so i assumed different sound was clearing RFID. I spend average of $300 to $1000 a month. 4 self-checkouts 3-4 associates within 5 ft none assisting anyone. I offered receipt when leaving. No one cared. I was approached by loss prevention in parking lot. "sir, you scanned the wrong barcode I heard it beep." I said RFID right? he said "no problem we can fix come inside" once inside instead of paying, another associate approached and was taken in back for tres pass. I felt humiliated and like a criminal with everyone looking! Picture taken & 1 year ban. If machine made unique sound someone should have advised me it didn't scan. Loss prevention even knew and waited for me to leave so he could get commission for a report. This could have been settled easy. What use are 3 people doing nothing and customers scan their own items? The sound should have alerted someone trained that it was not right. I don't know their sounds. Even before I was approached in parking lot he knew it was a mistake. He said no problem and it was a problem. I called manager and corporate. I am waiting on response to see how I proceed. Afterwards I looked at The item and it had 3 barcodes 2 that look just like any other and one big paper one. 3 lazy associates around 1 computer not even paying attention! BTW this home depot does not have RFID's anymore! I am considering legal action including viewing all associates and myself on cameras to see if this could have been handled with integrity. I wonder how many people have been setup this way? I am Extremely upset and humiliated! Many ways this could have been handled better! I could not even buy the dremel!!

I find the employees there so helpful and friendly. I just bought four appliances at HD, great service.

SINCE MOVING TO CORAL SPRINGS LAST YEAR FROM BROOKLYN NY AND ALSO BEING A FORMER PART TIME HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE IN THE PLUMBING DEPT AT THE CROPESY AVE STORE IN CONEY ISLAND SEVERAL YEARS AGO, IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH SOMEONE THAT DOES KNOW THINGS ABOUT THE TRADES OR DEARTMENTS THAT WORK IN.

Im thankful for the service I get from the pro desk at check out. The manage is always there to answer a question if needed and is very helpful.

the associate was friendly and helpful He has been there forever and sold us other appliances in the past. We were in and out very quickly and left with all the information we needed.

a few years ago we remodeled our home and we found that we did not have to run all over town to accomplish the remodel. We purchased a new kitchen, new storm windows, new outside and inside doors and window blinds and slats from our local home depot and had them installed by our local home depot. They did a wonderful job.
