service desk is so much more organized than in most other stores

The environment here was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find what I needed quickly and I was able to have assistance when I needed it. I recommend this Home Depot above other.

Went in to get a drill set. Found a gentleman Joe in another isle. He was happy to help and very knowledgable. Joe had a great sense of humor and made the experience fun. Thanks Joe.

If time in a while i have seen this level of customer experience. This store had the must helpful people and the friendliest.

This store seriously needs more associates. It's 50/50 on whether there will be an associate from that department in the aisles. I know I could use the app to find my products but the internet there is slow and it would be faster getting help then waiting for the app or page to hopefully load.

I love shopping at Home Depot. Products are always in stock. There are plenty of workers to help you if needed. Checkout is quick and easy. They also have self checkout.

the employees all stand around the self checkout talking and playing on their cell phones. NOT home depot scanner phones. No one working a regular register to assist customers that do not prefer self check out. I don't get a discount doing the employees job do I? Not happy and the store needs better customer service training

cashier was terribly rude to me when i tried to return a plant with the receipt. It took forever and wasted my time. She also made me provide ID when I had the receipt. This experience was awful.

I purchased and electric range at a great price. I went in the store in a way upset and frustrated as to knowing I would have to make a semi large purchase. I was in the market for a pressure washer. I was online, found one I liked and called the Coral Springs store located in Atlantic and University. Upon arrival we went directly to the specified isle and, to my dismay, the pressure washer that was in stock was down to the last one. Unfortunately the last one’s box was destroyed and looked like it had been a returned item. I was really in a crunch and needed this so I asked the manager if he’d open it to confirm it’s complete. He agreed and proceeded to open it. Fortunately it was complete and only had a very small scratch on the spray nozzle. Just cosmetic. I agreed to purchase and he decided to take $30 off the price due to its condition. I am extremely grateful for his help and the amazing deal! Thank you!
