This store is a "breath of fresh air" to the homeowner that needs that extra hand holding to complete projects. Employees in orange aprons are every where and all are willing to help. If you, like me, had become accustomed to being ignored when going into large stores, then make your next visit to Home Depot on University Drive in Coral Springs. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

The attention to detail and the information given by the employees at this store were above and beyond expectations, creating a peace of mind when buying products, appliances, tools or any other items in the store. We had the most amazing experience today. As always, Jack Kirschner took care of our appliance needs in the most professional way. He was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Whenever we walk into Home Depot, there is always someone who can help you.

Employees are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable - even when I don't know what a particular piece of hardware is called, they know what I'm talking about just by the description. The store is clean and organized. Employees offer to help with a smile.

THIS STORE HAS VASTLY IMPROVED SINCE THE "WHERE IS SOMEBODY TO HELP ME" DAYS IN THE LAST 200O'S EARLY 2010'S THE STAFF IS YOUNGER & MUCH MORE ATTENTIVE CONSIDERING IT IS OR MAYBE THE BUSIEST H.D. IN THE NORTH BROWARD AREA!? ALSO THE NEW SYSTEM OF CHECK OUT IS MUCH BETTER THEN PREVIOUS I ONLY HOPE THOSE CASHIERS WHERE TRAINED & R NOW WORKING IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS! GOOD DAY!!!!!!

Sales associate Fred Blotcher is the man to see to help engineer a "fastener" solution for your particular installation. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to have him serve me.

Every time I come here, the employees are friendly and offer to assist. Regardless of the time of year, I typically find the store clean & neat, and I almost always find what I need.

I went to this Home Depot and had no idea what I really needed to repair our closet that had completely crashed. The associate Fred I asked for help was incredible. He listened to me to see what I needed to do and then walked me to every aisle to get all the things I needed for my closet repair project. He made sure I got all the right things and right sizes. He even showed me how to use the drill I needed to by since I had never used one before. He wanted to make sure I used it safely. Thank you so much Fred! I was able to fix the closet all by myself with the advice and instructions I was given by Fred. Excellent customer service!!!

If you go to this store ask for Fred Blotcher. He is an expert on everything. He also has the patience to explain what you need to know to get your project done.

As I walked in I received smiles and felt like I was welcomed in the store. Your employees were were extremely knowagable, they knew where I could find the product I was looking for directing me exactly to spot I needed thus saving me time. As I departed the cashier was courteuos and polite.
