First of all, home depot.com got my order completely wrong and it was horrible trying to order another. I came in at a very busy time apparently because i could not get a single assosciate on tthe floor to help me. I went to the returns register to get rid of item and the girl, LEXI, offered to get a manager for my troubles. while I waited, for over 20 minutes, LEXI answered my questions and I left before the manager ever came and kept my item.

Bill in hardware made my visit to Home Depot easy. He provided valuable information and insight to help me with my project. Bill was great to work with.

I was very happy with the help I received at the pro desk. Very knowledgeable and made my purchase go very smoothly. I will definitely use them agian.

I was extremely surprised and happy to find that the store employees go out of their way to be helpful. It's like having a personal shopper. Joe from flooring made my decisions much easier.

I was shopping for fencing and needed help with my selections. Store Associate Robert was quick to help first with getting me the right type of cart to load the smaller but heavy items, then directing me to the fencing department where Mel helped me select the fencing. Robert returned to help Mel tie the fenceing to the roof of my van. Together they tied it so securely, I had no doubt that I would get home with no problems. As always, Coram Home Depot always has what I need and great employess.

When I came to purchase some clamps to make a saw horse work table, an electric saw to cut wood on for my project, and the wood I needed to complete the project, they helped me find the clamps and then walked me through the steps of how to use a rotary saw. As I am age 70 and obviously wrought with arthritis in my hands, they looked at each other with some trepidation about selling me the product. They let me know that perhaps they could saw the wood for me. I said I had most of the wood already, and they said why not bring it in and let them saw it for me as a service of HD. So I returned with the wood later in the day and had them paged. They happily sawed what I had and found the rest for me to purchase which they sawed for me as well. This made me one happy camper and my project affordable. It is amazing what wood costs today & how HD can help.

I got quick help from associates and offered to help load my stuff.

The associate was available, knowledgeable and resourceful. He helped me save money for the door I ordered.

I'm located in Virginia, but renovating a property in NY. My Contractor is also from Virginia. We have been working with Dennis M at Home Depot and he has been extraordinarily helpful.

I shopped at the lawn and garden department. Associates were friendly, courteous and helpful. The prices were better than expected. These are the good qualities that keep people coming back to shop. Keep up the good work!

This was a 5 minute trip to buy an extension cord and some plant stakes. Within 30 seconds of entering the store, I was cornered (not approached) by a member of your "promotions team" who wouldn't leave me alone even after I asked him. Then about 1 min later I was cornered (again, not approached but cornered) by someone of the "marketing team" trying to sell me the same thing. Person #2 then chased people down aisles to corner them as well. I went to the service desk to complain and was ignored by the person at the returns register. Someone finally came over (after almost 10 minutes), called the manager on duty who was too busy to see me but didn't seem surprised by the fact I wanted to complain. This was my last visit to HD. I will be going 15 min further to Lowes for all of my needs, and my husband will do the same (he buys a lot for his job at Macy's). I will also be posting this to your facebook page... public shaming does a company good!

I tried to purchase a "swap tank" of propane. After paying the cashier, I went to the garden department and told the cashier there that I had paid for a swap. He told me he'd send someone right out. After waiting 8 minutes, I walked back over to the cashier. He said, "Oh didn't they come yet?" I told him no, and he said he'd get someone right away. I then stood within his sight instead of walking out to where the tanks are stored. After waiting 20 minutes (total), I walked back over to him and asked if someone was coming. His answer was that he had paged someone, but he hadn't come yet. I asked him to try getting someone again. He started to make a phone call, but stopped to take care of another customer, at which point I demanded that he finish with me before waiting on someone else. He completed the phone call and told me someone would be there in 4 minutes. I waited 8. At that time I had been waiting 32 minutes for someone to come out and make a 30-second swap of a tank for which I had already paid. I went back inside and got a refund. That was the last time I'll ever go into a Home Depot. The fact that they can't find someone to walk out and swap a tank is bad enough, but the icing on the cake was the rudeness of the cashier (his name was Josh) to interrupt dealing with my issue because someone else walked up.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY..GREAT JOB HELPING ME OUT HD!!

So many plants and flowers to choose from at great prices.

The parking lot was in disarray and many plants were in poor condition

I was able to find whatever I needed and it was pleasurable.

Everything was positive and I was happy with everything I bought.

Wanted to recommend this store for the excellent large and healthy selection of garden flowers and vegetables available. Was easy to find sales associates ready to help customers.
