Happy with product lower price around

Been filling out every receipt to try and win been 6 years nothing does any actually win

As with the rest of the country, Home Depot is going down in quality due to DEI. You can't hire people based on their race or ethnicity without considering their ability to do the job. None of the workers I came in contact in Coram are capable of working at Home Depot. Noted to work at Home Depot You should have a general knowledge of what the store sells.

We recently visited Coram and were fortunate to once again to have Angel from customer service help us. My wife wished to purchase an umbrella that was the last one available. We approached Angel and he helped us get the OK to purchase the floor model, take it down from the top shelf where it was on display and facilitated the purchase. We live near Coram and frequently visit that location and Angel has over the years always been generous with his time, knowledgeable and very helpful. Coram is lucky to have someone like him!

Great experience from the moment I entered, fully stocked, very helpful staff. Unlike other stores where you have to hunt down help; help was pleasant and incredibly proficient.

Plumbing department is a total mess all the fittings are mixed up, nothing is in its proper place. Employees wandering around when they should be helping people or putting stock in it’s proper place so you can get what you need

If you want to interact with an employee that will treat you with respect and have a great experience, request to speak with Ellen. She was a pleasure to speak with and more than willing to assist me in my appliance purchase.

I went in to Home Depot knowing very little about what I needed to paint my bathroom. The girl( Jillian )behind the paint counter took the time to explain my options, helped me find a ceiling paint, and assured me she could replicate a paint color on a swatch I brought in from a different store. She was knowledgeable and helpful.

I came to set up an appointment for a kitchen design. Designer Les Arditty took me right away. He reviewed my measurements & worked with me to create a preliminary design. He then set me up for a measure. He was very attentive & a great listener. He made suggestions to help me get what I'm looking for. He explained the process & made me feel that I am a very important customer.

I brought a Samsung spacious refrigerator at a very good price here

Ron at HomeDepot in Coram is the best. He helped me order custom doors for my closet that cut the price in half if I was to order it by myself.

Kaitlyn in the paint department is fantastic!

I recently bought 9 doors and Jeff Connors the department supervisor went above and beyond to help us pick up and even got his fork lift promptly and went to a different department and was extremely helpful. I strongly suggest if you need a door to use this store
