This Home Depot is always well stocked, and the store is well organized and clean.

Ready to leave the store without making the purchase, but we asked Julio if the inventory was there (on-line had qty 61), Julio persistently tracked down a pallet of the deck lights for us and dropped it down for us and saved us having to make a second trip back to the sore

Not only did the Associate in Plumbing take time to understand what I actually needed - not just what I was told to get - he helped me get the right part, tool, and took the time to give me a tutorial on installing the part! He was great and I can't sing his praises enough!!

I was assisted by store associates and by the cashier at every step of my purchase. They went out of their way to see that I had help in loading and unloading heavy items purchased in the garden department. Great customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with the Kitchen Designer at the Home Depot in Cortlandt Manor, NY. She took as much time as was needed on multiple visits to configure our remodel. She even stayed past her scheduled work hours to help us.

The kitchen designer was highly recommended to us by a friend and Brenda Glass, the designer, was great. She was friendly, extremely competent, and explained everything well. She answered all our questions and made appropriate recommendations. For anyone wanting to get a great kitchen design, I would highly recommend Brenda Glass at the Mohegan Lake store.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, the good nature and good humor and helpfulness of Patrick. I was disappointed that not everything we needed was avaiable.

Store does not carry items that I was looking for, and was disappointed.

Associates seem aware if your in a rush and try to help you get out of store quickly, but only after helping you if you need some. Some help, was I supposed to write help. I thought you could of figured it out. Great, now I'm late.

I had such a bad experience at other Home Depots, but this store was great. Jimmy from electronics made me feel that he was my own personal helper and Merlina was extremely helpful and patient when helping me check out.

Every thing was where expected. Nothing else totally they do their job.

Needed only one 4x4x8 fence post. There were three available in very poor condition. Associate stated that there were three pallets outside, but forklift driver went home early. Associate advised me to seek my fence post in a lumber yard down the road, which is what I did. Cost me twice as much, but at least I had my post. Didn't they realize they were running low on this item?

most of the time there are sales people who offer help, sometimes there aren't too many people on the sales floor. the day I went they were moving plants outside, they acted like they had a job to do, but completely ignored the customers who were trying to shop. remember, some people like to spend a lot of time browsing around all the diff. plants outside. sometimes its hard to walk down each aisle, too tight with customers coming the other direction. overall a good experience. i almost always find what i need.

The sales associates could not have been more helpful in helping me pick out my grill, have it rung up, and assisting me in loading it into my vehicle!

The team was extremely helpful in helping me purchase a Weber grill. I knew what I wanted and the associate(Bob) promptly greeted me after dealing with an indecisive couple and made a quick sale. He promptly went for aid so as to get the grill off of the top shelf(forklift needed), and got a flatbed for easy transport. From there, I went to the checkout and two gentlemen helped my wife and I load it into my SUV.

Clean & Good selection... So far everything that I needed I've been able to get.

I go to the Mohegan Lake, NY Home Depot. at least once a week. I am continuously impressed by the selection, organization, and cleanliness of the store. I am consistently approached by knowledgeable employees asking if I need assistance. Everyone I come in contact with seems happy doing their job. Check this store out! You will not be disappointed.
