From the initial call, directing me to the Pro desk, to the initial Pro woman/manager (Margaret) to the associate (John) who helped me put together and finalize a special size "Andersen" patio door order, the experience was pleasant and professional. John assisted me with the correct hardware, as well as alerting me to any associated discounts. Although it was a busy time, they worked as a team to make the experience quick, accurate and (therefore) pleasant. Helping with the design and hardware was important, as although I had an idea from the product website, I am a homeowner and not a contractor.

Had all the materials I needed and Tyrone, a Home Depot associate helped me with my entire purchase from recommending and selecting products, finding me a cart, loading my cart, assisting me at the check-out counter, and even loading my vehicle; all while providing me with important information regarding my purchase, in a professional and friendly manner.

I like this store because it is close to my home and there are always helpfull and knowledgeable employees there to help

I would rate this a 5 star experience. Chris and Milo in Paints were not only courteous and professional but they showed true concern for making my paint perfect. Associates greeted me upon entering and leaving the store regardless that I came in 15 minutes prior to closing. I was assisted from the minute I walked in, until I walked out. I never felt rushed, I felt appreciated

The store is always stocked with products. The employees are always smiling and ready to assist. Pleasure to shop there and check out is always quick.

I purchased some paint and needed to match a shade of blue. Christopher J. is the man to see for absolutely outstanding service and attention to detail. It is so obvious that customer satisfaction is his top priority. One could not ask for better service, professionalism, and courtesy.

Good stocked store but needs more cashier lines. Self checkout is only good sometimes. And more employees on the sales floor would be nice since it is a hardware store hence a lot of questions for novices. Otherwise good solid store.

I came into the store and noticed new self checkout registers. I was greeted by Maureen who welcomed me into the store and asked me about my project I was shopping for. As I told her the items, she was able to tell me the dept & aisle to find them. She quickly apologized and explained that she cold not leave her post at Self checkout. She offered to get an associate to help me which I told her that would not be necessary. Upon my return to the front of the store Maureen offered to show me how to use the new registers with the scan gun. As we were scanning the items she told me about opening a HD charge card. At that time I showed her I already had one and played for my items. I thanked her for her time & knowledge of the store to make my shopping experience great.

Friendly, helpful associates make your experience at this Home Depot a breeze. The store is always clean and neat.

They don’t Price Match ORIGINAL/REGULAR/RETAIL price

This store is generally my “go to” store for anything I need around the house, the staff is great and for the most part they help me with every question I have. The weekends are tough trying to find a staff member who can assist you but otherwise I love this store and will continue to revive my business

The store is neat and clean and well organized. The employees are very helpful and the manager was very hospitable and help me find a good deal.

I shop in this store throughout the year for a variety of items ranging from plants and garden supplies to light bulbs to paints to seasonal merchandise. Every employee I have encountered has been friendly, very, very helpful and well-informed about the item I was searching for,it’s location within the store etc.

This store is the worst to shop. The store manger knows nothing about how a store should me ran. Yells at his employees on the sales floor. Totally unprofessional

Seems like all the employees at this particular Home Depot are friendly and caring- from the people at customer service, lighting, and the paint guy to the plumbing, tile and carpentry guys and gals. I questioned whether a wet 7inch tile cutter was a return because the box looked a little shabby and the guy offered to go get the cherry picker so he could grab one of the remaining ones way up high for me. Whenever I have questions they always answer them and give good helpful advice. This store is convenient, clean, offers everything and self checkout is quick. Great place.
