Great customer service!
We went in looking for a refrigerator to replace ours. Rachael showed us several options an went over the warranty options thoroughly. She took her time with us and wasn't impatient. She made our new purchase easy and informed. We love our new refrigerator!

Great service!
The store was close to closing and Dan went out of his way to help me find “E-Z Fuse tape”. This tape has literally saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs. Don’t ever get rid of this product and don’t ever get rid of Dan. He went above and beyond. Thanks Dan! And thanks Ashley for suggesting I fill out this survey for Dan to get a gold star.

FALSE ADVERTISING - Level of Incompetence Inexcusable
We went to the Home Depot in Council Bluffs to make a purchase for a home improvement project. we received an email with a coupon for $15 off a purchase of $100 or more if we used our Home Depot card. Our purchase was over $300 and the coupon was presented at the time of purchase. When we were given the total, I questioned whether the coupon came off or not. Kevin, the cashier told me it had. When I looked at my receipt, it had not come off the purchase. I immediately went to the Customer Service Desk and the man stated that he didn't know what he was supposed to do about it. He told me that the cashier would need to correct it. I went back to the cashier who had another Home Depot employee standing beside him. Neither one of them could figure out how to correct the issue. They called the Customer Service desk and spoke to the man who sent me back to them and the three of the Home Depot employees came to a general consensus that they could not correct the issue or honor the coupon that was sent to us. Sending a coupon that cannot be used is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Don't believe internet inventory numbers
Visited two stores that indicated they had numerous units in stock of the item I wanted to buy. The first had only one, which turned out to be used and soiled. The second had none. If you can't call and verify with an actual human that they have what you want, don't waste your time. Maybe not even then.

Excellent customer service
Today it is hot and steamy outside, and it seems like everybody is in a crappy mood. However, lila, a sales representative at this particular store has such a contagious smile and she made sure I was well taken care of

Ceiling Fan Issues
We had our ceiling fan installed today and when we needed to put on the frosted glasses, 2 of the 3 were broken; however, Layne helped us with a credit rather than having to take down the ceiling fan and return it.
