Website sku and store sku were different. Sku covers several grades of same product. As i was traveling more than 2 hours I call to verify and the store failed in visually matching quality. The customer service rep refunded my purchase. He checked other stores and found the item in a store in CT. He called to verify item quality and quantity. He said he called the Orange CT store. Not convinced he had gotten an accurate answer I called the store myself only to find that there was no "janet" at that store and they thought she worked in the North Haven store. Had I not called I would have travelled to the wrong store which is 4 hrs drive from my home.

Home Depot and stores in general need more employees like Brandon Hebert. Jumped right in and offered to help myself and a sales associate. Bottom line is he searched the store all over inside and out and found my Christmas Sheepdog :). This was the 4th store I visited and all other were sold out and store inventory was wrong and not updated (very frustrating) The shelves were empty and Brandon wouldn't quit looking. #RetailNeedsMoreBrandons

Great store - aisles always stocked, plenty of associates to help when you need help. Friendly staff

As a former associate at Lowe’s, I have to say that this store was much cleaner than the Lowe’s I worked at. The two associates that I interacted with were both extremely pleasant and helpful.

Store sold item with missing parts even though they state an employee checked it ahead of time (done by a sticker on a box). makes returning "defective" items very difficult

the associates I cam in contact with, Brianna and Mathew L were very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out quickly. Service with a smile and not just lip service. I have found the service at this location to be consistently helpful.

I have no problem with the Coventry Store. My issue is with Home Depot in general. The store didn't have the product I needed and had to order on line and that's where the problem was.

Every so often you find an employee willing to go out of their way to help. Our cashier, Peri, did that for us tonight. Thank you!

I'm from Mass but I needed to purchase and item for my second home in Coventry RI . This store was very clean, organized and items were easy to locate. I went to the Coventry store to purchase a washing machine... the salesperson who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. I got a great deal on a GE washer reg price $949 on sale for $598 ...FREE delivery, set up and to removal of my old washer only $25 extra...GREAT STORE .... GREAT PRICES .... Im very happy with the experience shopping at the Coventry Home Depot....THANK YOU!!!

basically shopping at home depot has always been easy. the layout, amount of products and services are always ample. I was impressed with the garden area for the large selection of plants and flowers. checking out was easy and quick and friendly.

My complaint is with the stores curbside pickup process and not the employees or staff. Placed an order for curbside pick up. On 04 June 2020 @ 3:32pm I went to store to pick up order. Parked in and followed the texts and prompts. At 4:10 an employee came out and stated they could not get my order due to “only one person being up front”. She stated that I could go into store to pickup. I told her that I specifically did the curbside option, due to the current COVID Pandemic and I did not feel comfortable going into store. Plus the wait made me 10 mins late for another pickup at a different store, in the plaza. The following day I went back to attempt to pick up order. The employee who came out stated they couldn’t find my order. She went back in to talk to a manager. After she spoke with manage she came out and said it’s in a locker but didn’t know which one, it was on. I showed her my Confirmation email, which had no mention of a locker #. She went back in to see if the manager could locate it. They did end up finding it. I wish I got her name, because she was VERY helpful. Had I known this would happen I would have just ordered form another Company or had it delivered, keep in mind that this isn’t the first issue I have had with Home Depot’s curbside pickup at a totally different location and would be very skeptical of ordering again from Home Depot. It appears to be a systemic problem with the company’s ability to process these type of orders
