Very helpful and friendly staff, They knew excatly what I needed and assisted in helping me find it.

I love going into Home Depot and getting exactly what I need. The customer reps are very knowledgeable and always helpful.

Store always is clean and friendly. when you need help someone is there.

Purchased wrong filter, returned it , they did not have right filter, but they try to find a store that had it.

Very good customer service and a go to place for almost anything you could think of contractor wise

I WAS IN THE PLUMBING DEPT AND LOOKING AROUND AND AN EMPLOYEE ASKED IF HE COULD ASSIST ME WITH ANYTHING. IN THE GARDEN SHOP I PURCHASED SOME BAGS OF SOIL AND A VERY EFFICIENT YOUNG LADY PLACED IT IN THE TRUNK OF MY CAR FOR ME AS IT WAS TOO HEAVY FOR ME TO CARRY. SHE ALSO HELPED ME TO MAKE ROOM IN MY TRUNK AS I HAD FORGOTTEN TO TAKE MY BEACH CHAIRS OUT FIRST.

The product I needed was available at the price advertised on the web, it was in stock, and I was on my way.

Knowledgeable staff are hard to find in big box stores, but this store has a few that are easy to find. Problems get solved efficiently and a return to the job to get it done is almost always possible. Please continue to try to keep the staff who make the store an asset to the community!

Despite have other big box home supply stores muich cloer than Copventry, we always shop there because their staff is knowledgeable, personable and caring. I would highly recommend shopping there.

As I indicated in my survey, Andrew went above and beyond with patience, kindness and assistance during the stressful time of moving and renovating. I should add that over the past few weeks, we've needed to visit/shop almost daily and have never had an issue getting assistance. When you did not carry an item we needed, we were forced over to Lowe's where we couldn't find anyone to help, isle after isle. It was frustrating enough that I actually exclaimed aloud, "This is why we shop at Home Depot!" I work in multiple states and this store is by far my favorite for staff in general; very friendly and helpful! Thank you, Pam

This location is like a diamond in the rough! The parking is easy and the associates are very friendly and helpful. If they can't answer your question, they find someone who can. I've hit them with some difficult questions being a new homeowner and they've handled them perfectly!

I love going to my own Home Depot. There's not much more to say than that. I've been going to this HD for years and when I have to go to another HD in another town, it's just not the same. Thank you Home Depot.

the store was clean but area I wanted to find was not easy to find

I deal with the pro desk at this store. It's such a pleasure to go in and get the materials for the day. It makes our jobs better to come in and see all of the people who have the coffee ready, the orders pulled and ready to load. We get in and out fast.
