Easy to find and great help. They had everything that I needed.

Too many employees standing around talking by the cash registers, no offer of help when a clerk could not find the SKU on a product. I ended up having the clerk cancel my purchase so I could go back and get the SKU myself. All while 5 employees are standing in the self check area talking, with no offer of help. The poor clerk was obviously new and was having a hard time but none of the others offered to help him or me. Poor customer service and teamwork

I never have a problem with any of the staff. They have always gone above and beyond.

I normally try to order online and pick up at the store. I do this as often as possible because in past experiences, I was never able to find an associate to help me or they just completely ignored me. In one visit I was able to find 4 associates just hanging out in an isle talking about the past weekend and when I asked for their help they acknowledged me but kept on with their conversation. If they were on a break of some sort, it should be done off of the floor. I would recommend the store using online order / store pickup to others, but would warn that they would be on their own if in store shopping.

I always find the employees in this store to be very helpful. This visit I was prepared to purchase a new refrigerator. The Appliance Specialist, Eren, was johnny-on-the-spot to assist me. I had done my due diligence on the product I wanted to purchase, but she went through all its features anyhow. She was quick to point out that the price listed had another special store discount to be taken off at time of purchase. When I asked about the no-interest payment plan, she immediately got on the phone to the accounting office and waited patiently until they gave her the ok to do it. She set up a delivery date and noted that I would probably require a new connection line which she added to the charge. Overall she made the purchase go very smoothly and I was in and out of the store in a short time.

She was working really hard that day, Memorial day and was gracious and quick to help.

Rohan went beyond great customer service. I was unreasonable and Rohan stayed calm and found the correct information. Even after he retrieved the correct product I told him he was wrong. He even called my home Home Depot in California to try and find the product I wanted. I ended up buying the product that Rohan had found for me. Once I got back to my daughters house I looked at the old receipt and found out that I WAS WRONG. Rohan had found the correct product. I would appreciate it if Rohan is recognized for the exceptional way he handled himself. Thank you Rohan for allowing an old lady to be wrong and maintaining your composure so as to allow me to keep my dignity. Linda Smith

Residing in Maple Valley, I was thrilled when Home Depot opened in nearby Covington. I can always count on a good selection on almost any product, and am always at the nursery in the summer months. Have always found the customer service to be reliable and the store neat and well-organized.

I was greeted with smiles from all associates--very helpful--I am from out of town and everybody treated me like a local patron--even when I brought back items Thank You for being a great store to shop in

I like that I can take my dog into the store, it is fun.

My wife and I visited this store and we had some questions about how to deal with the weeds, bamboos and ivy. Three associates were very helpful in assisting us and answered all our questions. We recommend this store to everyone!

If shopping for a new kitchen or bath, Desiree at Home Depot is the person to talk to. She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Working with her was a wonderful experience.

Fast customer service, clean store! I needed help finding what I came in for. An employee walked me right to the product and was extremely helpful.

The lumber was easy to find and the associate helped me load it on my cart and in my truck

My wife and I came to the store four times the other day to buy fencing and posts. Our two loaders Chris and jose were all over it. Fast, nothing scratched, each time we came back, bam they were ready to go. Thats how I like to shop. Get it, loaded if need be, and gone. Ty

Sometimes I am not sure of the exact thing I need to complete a project so I have to ask someone- The workers at Home Depot Covington will call someone to join in the search if that person doesn't have specific answers. They are usually very happy and make me feel like they want to help - like they enjoy being there and it isn't just a job.. Several people and even managers have gone an extra mile to help .

I have always had a good experience at this store, the store is well organized and always seem to have what I need in stock. Alot of times I am just looking for a new home project and they have plenty of new ideas when I visit the store. Whether it is a wood project for outdoors, deck fencing, etc. or a part I need to repair something they usually have what I need or can get it for me. The associates seem to have good knowledge on what I need to do a project right.

The wife and I received great help in getting the correct battery charger for my Black and Decker drills.

The selection of the BBQ in March was outstanding. The prices and quality varied to suit any budget. I purchased a sold Nexel BBQ just the perfect size for my deck for $199. The features put it in the $350+ price range. Time will tell how the components wear, but I put my trust in Home Depot to make it right if not.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Store is very clean, and things are always easy to find.

As always, the staff were friendly and I found everything I needed. In and out in no time :)

I came to the store to purchase some cleaning supplies. I found what I needed and proceeded to go to the area of the store that had pest control supplies. I discovered I had mice getting into my home and needed to get rid of them. Finishing up, I walked by a display of two pressure washers. There was one of these pressure washers on sale at a great price of less than $150. An associate walked by and asked me if I had any questions about the unit on sale. She explained the yellow tag meant the machine was on clearance. I told her I was interested but it appeared that one of the nozzles was missing. She told me she wasn't sure, but it was possible this was the last one of its kind for sale. When I explained I was interested in purchasing the washer, but not without all of the pieces, she asked me if I had a moment to wait and she would check and see if there was another one in a box in the store. I waited a couple of minutes until she brought out an unopened unit which I immediately purchased. This was about a month ago and I have made great use of the pressure washer cleaning off my driveway, side walks and even had my kids use it to was our cars.

We went in to purchase a long shopping list of items large and small and needed part of the purchases to be delivered at a later date. Ruth, the associate who assisted us made this complex process so easy it was surprising! She took the list, found the codes separated the purchases into those going home with us and those being delivered; she credited every associated discount and even had some of the products brought t the register for us. She was cheerful and professional in every way. I will look for her again when we shop Home Depot in Covington! Her supervisor, Mark was also very helpful and so pleasant to work with! Thank you both!
