I do like this store. However, if you are looking for a Military Discount, you won't find it here unless you are disabled, so they tell me.

This is a happy store.

Every employee that we seen were happy and smiling. They offered assistance when they seen we were trying to figure out where we needed to go in the store. Selection was great and in stock too. Best Home Depot! Been in other Home Depots and cannot find a sales associate on the floor to assist and when you did, they were not happy to help you. This Home Depot in Crystal River is doing superb customer service and should be a role model store for other Home Depots. Great Job and we will be back to purchase more items soon!

When shopping at The Home Depot my husband and I always use the Crystal River Florida store. The Crystal River store is easy to get in and out of, and the parking lot is always clean and tidy. Once in the store, the store is also clean and the isles are easy to navigate and uncluttered. I have also had occasion to visit the restrooms in the Crystal River, FL Home Depot and they are always very clean which is very important in my opinion. Upon checking out whether it be using the self checkout or an actual cashier, there are always very little wait times for checking out due to the availability of checkout lanes.

People who are not good at customer Service and have a bad attitude should not work in Retail. Staff needs to be retrained of fired

Hadn't been here in about 5 years. It sure is a lot busier!! You might want to look at parking space in the near future. I went on a Tuesday, it must be more crowded on weekends. The store and employees were fine, found what I wanted.

I have a lot more home improvement left. 5k will help !

Home Depo in Crystal River, Florida is the place to shop. They always have the things you need and if they don't they find it for you! Their employees always go out of their way to help when in need and always have a smile on their face ...

Less traffic, easier parking, friendly and helpful staff.

The Crystal River store was clean and the products clearly marked and easy to find. The associates in various departments were friendly and helpful. I rate it an excellent 5 out of 5.

This store is NOT enforcing the Face Coverings Mandate that is Posted at the Main Entrances. Every other Home Depot is enforcing this why Not this store. The Employees do Nothing to Enforce this. You Need to do your part to Help stop the spread of Covid-19.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Greeter with masks was very friendly. Man in paint booth is friendly and funny.

The people working here are what set this location apart. Just to mention one, Michelle's service and attitude are above and beyond expectations!

As always, everyone was extremely helpful. Every associate I passed in the aisles asked if I needed help. Chris is back at the helm as the store manager. Great to see him back.

Employees are very helpful and that is a great policy unlike the other big box home improvement store in Citrus County where you can't get help from anyone. Their excuse for not loading or helping is COVID. PLEASE
