This store is always fast and makes shopping easy.

store is very clean and the shelves are very organize. associates are very detailed when they explain to you when you ask for help on how to use it. Special mention to Cashier Merlini very patient and helpful.

I have gone back twice and would not hesitate to go back to this store again.

I needed to purchase a washer and dryer asap. I was assisted by John M. He was awesome! He was able to answer all my questions to the best of his ability. He took his time explaining the different types of washers and dryers. I'm happy with the ones I purchased. Thank you again John.

By far the very best service at this location. The female staff blew us away with their positive and helpful attitudes both times we shopped there this week. The parking lot staff are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely never experienced such excellent service at any other location and we shop at the Home Depot multiple times a week with my husband being a Contractor. Whoever is managing this store has this staff smiling and positive!!

The store has improved greatly. I would not shop at this location because customer service was so Bad. Now I see a huge improvement.

Assistance was plentiful but level of assistance provided was dubious. Was shuffled around 3 isles, but when I finally arrived at the correct one, the employee was very helpful in restocking the items I needed.

Tania at customer service desk was amazing. So helpful, patient and made up for the fact that the store hardware section is not stocked properly and unorganized. Knobs/handles on outside of bin do not match what is inside. Opened packages, missing items. No one to assist.

I live nearby and have been constructing a large concrete steps and related concrete features at my house. General speaking I have always found the items I need here with the exception of a few specialty items that I purchased from other nearby suppliers. The staff at Cypress Park is usually very helpful and a number of people who help loading concrete products have been particularly helpful as a recent operation keeps me from lifting heavy items for extended periods of time. Thanks Cypress Park.

Some employees were my helpful, however Moondo was extremely helpful and provided the best service to make my visit a happy one and willing to return again soon. I've been a patron of Home Depot for many years now. Every now and again (usually years in between) I come across an associate that not only knows where product is but knows how the product is suppose to be used/applied in addition to great customer service. Then there was Andy. My wife and I were shopping for a toilet when he came across us in the aisle. He genuinely asked if we needed assistance; we replied yes. We asked about toilets, what he recommended in a time where saving water w/o breaking the bank was important. He took the time to explain the products we were interested in, including how to apply for the DWP water rebate. What we were really impressed with was his level of customer service. Andy didn't leave us until we were ready to make our purchase. Andy was very knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful. Glad he ran into us.

The only issue I had was with the cashiers I had to walk back and forth to four different lines, in one line I was suppose to be next and the cashier turned her light off and walked away didn't say a word she just left me standing there. So I had to go stand in a different line.
