Went in with a shopping list of specific items and was out within 15 minutes

I work for a Non-Profit called The Mission Continues. When I approached Arlene at the Pro-Desk to order lumber for our volunteer project to support Homeless Veterans, she immediately dropped what she was doing to assist me. She patiently sat with me for 2 hours meticulously going over each piece of lumber and the cuts. She stated "I want this project to be perfect and easy for your volunteers to understand how to build". She continued to personally text me throughout the week to give me updates and ensure my order was perfect. The day of the volunteer project she texted to see if we needed her help volunteering! After the project, I have reached out to her about numerous questions regarding similar projects and ideas. She responds immediately. Little does she know, her instructions on the Pro Xtra Account has now created a National movement in our organization on how we will utilize Home Depot in the future. I like to shop at Homedepot because they have the things that I need and their staffs are very helpful and the store is super big and the quality of the things I bought are brand names and very durable.. I also like the gardening department to buy my the plant food for my plants...I always bouht my tools from this store because they carry the brand names and price are quite reasonable

Easy to navigate through the store, signs easy to read and no clutter. Friendly cashier. When i have required assistance I have found someone quickly. Saw for cutting large pieces of wood to fit in vehicle was out of order on one of my visits.

Had the product that was easy to find and easy to use.

I would recommend it with caution, especially about returns. They used to make me feel like a crook when I get in that line . Paying, I feel like I'm a disturbance to their wonderful day. Why am I seemingly bitter? Because it's almost terrifying to talk to an associate.They're intimidating because they're too busy doing I don't know what. Can't ask. Rather go to Glendale or Lowe's but this is a beautiful store minus the I don't know. It is almost scary. I nhave a service oriented business too. I make sure I don't have these kinds of employees as the front line. I would go poor. I'm too small. Home Depot has stuff but it's not that fun. The excellent associate pertains to 1` person.

Finally a store that "get's it" for customer service. Staff is helpful and now we are doing both our bathroom remodels at Home Depot.

I had a Great Experience with the VERY Experienced Sales Associate Mondo and the Check-Out Associate Iliana. Mr. Perez was able to offer me several deals that were happening at the store and saved me litterally over $200 on buying some new equipment for my business: NRCL, LLC, which does Art and Display Apparatus Fabrication for Artist, Galleries and Museums. Iliana was very patient, helpful and friendly while checking out my purchase of over $1200. Thanks Again you Two! I'll be back again soon!

The store was clean and I was in and out just as I wanted.

I came to this home depot about mid day to purchase a shower filter head,. As usual everything was simple to locate, and quick and easy to check out. I'll be back (in terminator voice)

This home depot was great, it was hot outside today and it was so fresh inside; the ac felt great. And my family took our time looking around. My daughter loves the racing-shopping carts with the wheels. Im a DIYer and Home Depot is my home to me.

Jose Pena helped us today and he was very helpful. He cut our copper pipes without delay and was very knowledgable. We were able to be in and out pretty quickly.

I always shop at Home Depots because they usually have what I need and the service is generally good. Prices are reasonable on most items.

I highly recommend using the web site to locate the things you need. It will tell you if it is in stock at that store and also tell you what aisle and bin it is located, saving you a lot of time. Also will tell you how many items in stock. The self check-out is great if you have a small order.

We have shopped at this Home Depot many times and have always been satisfied. The other day I had to visit 3 different Home Depots in search of a discontinued item for our bathroom remodel. The Cypress Park store was by far the friendliest, cheeriest (good music playing!) and most helpful of all 3. I will remain loyal to Cypress Park!

Everything in this store is organized and clean so are the prices and how fast you can get what you are looking for

I was about 5th in line to get assistance from, Chris, but it was well worth the wait! It's pretty rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable & has product knowledge but to also be personable, a good listener & have patients. He was able to see the problem i was having, through pics on my phone & give me options on how to fix the situation "the right way" You need more employees like this! To maintain the integrity of these stores
