Chris was an amazing associate in helping me find the correct materials to repair my bed on both 05/05 and 05/06/2017. He cut wood for me on both days. The second day he hand sawed a 4x4 because it would not fit in the saw machine. His work is commendable, and deserved of positive feedback. Great customer service and patience to deal with an individual customer.

I went to the Window covering Section and met April. I had originally planned on purchasing coverings for 3 rooms. April made me feel so comfortable that I purchased coverings for over 15 windows. She knew her products and was extremely knowledgeable about windows, that I fully trusted her. She was a great find. Thank you April !!!

Easy parking, get all what you may need for your house needs, friendly staff and great customer service.

During the heavy rains this past Sunday your store gave free sand to me and the surrounding community when the fire stations ran out. Your employees handed out shovels and helped fill our bags. I'm sure you saved some peoples properties by doing this and in a time of crisis you were there. Thank you for your help in a time of need. Your store and staff should be commended. Lori and Javier were both helpful and provided excellent customer service during my visit today.

Lots of employees running around, which is unusual, but the ones I needed help from seemed defeated. Many empty stashed packaging throughout the store as this place is raided by thieves regularly, which makes it hard for us honest customers to find what we need, when we need it. Sad really. Ultimately had to go elsewhere for parts, even though the computer shows 12 on hand. Sad.

This is great Home Depot - all the employees are super friendly and always willing to help with any questions/projects. Chris France in Lumber is very knowledgeable if you want to build something and need advice.

This HD store is the best and for one reason: Management believes in promoting excellent customer service, which is uncommon in retail these days. Nothing drives people to Amazon faster than a lax or insincere store clerk, and I speak from experience. In fact, I own a customer service oriented business, so I recognize excellence when I see it. Often times when you need help in your shopping pursuit and you make eye contact with an employee, they deliberately veer off elsewhere so as to avoid having to assist. Not HD Cypress; they KNOW that 90% of people could use advise as to their plumbing need/electric need/appliance need/gardening need, etc. So, they're quick to engage you with "How can I help?". The only down side to their excellent service is that they dedicate themselves to the customer issue, and so they get tied up a lot. But I've found, at Cypress, that the reps know how to move things along when they can see others waiting. So there. Shop at HD Cypress. And if you're lucky, Karen in major appliances will help you out. She's the cat's meow.

Absolutely outstanding from the floor personel, cashiers at special services desk and up to store manager, Tim, Brad, Tammy and Karen K thank you for your time and hard work.
