Store is clean. The associates are very helpful and pleasant. The store stocks most products seen online.

The store was very clean and well organized. All associates that I was in contact with during my purchase was very helpful and friendly. Everything was great from the time I entered store until my purchases were checked out and loaded. An associate was assisting me the entire time I was there.

I choose this Home Depot as often as possible. I drive within 1 mile of 5 HD stores in my daily commute, and this store is 7 miles out of the way - but the level of service that you get from this store is easily worth the extra effort!

The associates at the Dahlonega Home Depot are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to greet us whenever my wife and I enter the store. We are self-building our house and the staff here has helped us out tremendously. They have even been known to deliver coffee to me as I shop!

We needed Owens-Corning Sill Seal and according to website the store had 11 in stock. We had 5 associates spending over an hour looking for it since it was a "no home" item & no location designated on the store map. Finally, a young man in Flooring/Tile was able to locate it in the front of the store in an overhead area above building products, far from his dept. We were so grateful that he located it for us, wish I had noticed his name so he would get proper acknowledgement.

Went in to buy battery charger for power tool and associate saw me with old charger and recommended I get a updated charger and batteries. I was in and out in a flash. If not for associates assistance and knowledge I would have bought outdated product.

Dahlonega Home Depot has THE BEST employees and customer service of any I've been to. You can't go wrong.

When The Home Depot just had four stores, and all of them were near I 285, I was a customer. I liked the stores because of the selection and the helpful employees who knew their merchandise and could give quality advice. Then, I guess around 2000, many of the stores lost much of this service and quality but the Dahlonega store somehow maintained the environment that once represented the entire chain. Yesterday, I shopped there and it was still like being in one of the original stores. I do want to say, that over the past, at least five years or so, the other Home Depot stores seem to have gotten back much of that old esprit de corps and I'm happy with that, because I often shop at other stores but this store, the Dahlonega store, never wavered.

Didn't get any help but I was able to find what I needed so it wasn't an issue for me other than that staff is very friendly and what I needed was in stock and easy to find! Love this store been here many times and people always try to help when you need it! To whom it may concern I didn't try to look for any help! But in the past when I needed it I usually gotta walk 3 to 4 isles before I find someone. Other than that you all ROCK

I go to this store once a week! There is a closer store, but this is the one I prefer

home depot is the only store to carry 409 stone and steel cleaner

As per usual for most visits to any of the Home Depot (not just this store) when you don't need an associate they are a dime a dozen and asking if you need help every aisle you turn on. When you need one you can't find one in the entire store! The Sears commercial has it pegged just right with the lady finally finding an associate but he's from the garden department and they need help in the appliances! When I did find an associate he wasn't from the department I needed help in but he did make a call and in a few minutes an associate did arrive and was very helpful. Have found this true in many stores lately not only Home Depot but also Lowe's and yes Sears!

We have always had a good experience at this store. The employees are considerate and very helpful. This is the real definition of a team. From the store manager to checkout.

I only shopped in the lawn & garden department today because I knew what I wanted and where to find it. That part of the store was clean, neat and well stocked for the most part. The cashier was friendly and efficient. However, the highlight of this visit was a young man who loaded my car for me. I don't remember his name but he was quite young, perhaps a high school or college boy. He was very friendly, pleasant and very helpful. He didn't seem to mind lugging 20 or so stones into my car. he seemed to actually enjoy his job, which is something hard to find these days, especially in retail. HE was the one person that made my experience a great one. Not that anyone else treated me badly, they were all ok, but this young lad is a real winner. He will go far. I was happy with my experience, to say the least. If anything was wrong in this store I don't remember it now, only my interaction with the last employee to help me.

I discovered electrical products are in two locations in the store----in Electrical, and in Lighting. I quickly located an associate, and he knew exactly where the product was located that I needed.

We went in looking for a generator and Rhonda gave us her attention quickly and got us checked out quickly. She also called for someone to come lift the generator for us and 2 young men showed up very quickly and took care of the lifting for us.

I was very pleased with the help in the flooring and tile section of the store. Associate Jody was very friendly and helpful. Cashier Alesha was very prompt and efficient. My purchases were taken to my truck and promptly loaded for me.
