I had a question about a price about the product. The sales associate pulled out his price checker from his belt and scanned the product. He conformed my suspicions about the price.

You can buy the cheaper item in the homedepot, thank you.

I was assisted by Vernell Wilkins in flooring. I'm not often impressed by the helpfulness of the employees of a business but Vernell went above and beyond. I've been helped a little most of the time, and not at all on occasion, but the times and people that really help me and make the visit memorable because I get what I need are few. Vernell is one of them.

The store is not very crowded and there isn't huge lines or lots of people wondering around , parking is always available , people working there are nice and helpful Specially I really like Monica at the cashier which is very sweet and helpful always greet me with a smile and always take care of the items at the cart so I don't have to move them on the register I always go to her because of her superior customer service Overall this store is very convinient and easy to shop

This is the best Home Depot experience I've ever had. I had not trouble obtaining help from an associate. Michele M and Vernell provided the best customer service. I also appreciate that the store in on 2 floors which makes it less crowded and overwhelming. I will be coming to this Home Depot from now on.

The store was clean a little garbage on floors. Sales associate didnt really look or sound happy that day. Product looking for not in stock.

The assistance by flooring specialist Maria Caceres was beyond expectations. I mentioned her service & knowledge was far superior than the other Daly City store.

Great location but limited items stocked compared to average HD store. On multiplier shoping trips, it is very difficult to find associate help :(

After having consulted with many other stores about window treatments, we ended up at Home Depot - Daly City. We were so fortunate to have Maria consult with us about our needs and to help us in finalizing our decisions. She was quite knowledgeable about the products, pricing and options that were offered. More importantly, she guided us through our decision process in ways that showed she understood our needs, addressed our concerns and reassured us about the handling of our order. She's a gem and if you go to this store looking for help with window coverings, be sure to ask for her assistance. What a pro!

ITEMS ARE ORGANIZED AND PRICED CLEARLY, ALWAYS NEW STOCK EVERY WEEK, CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND AISLES NUMBERED. I LOVE SHOPPING THERE, EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF.

We go to this HD at least twice a week. Most of the staff are good and helpful but once in awhile you find someone who stands out. This young woman-(Camille)-in Garden Center was particularly nice, kind and HELPFUL. She knows the product line and really was on topic. BTW, this is the first time we recall seeing her and have no special connection with her. Anyway, GO HD.

The store had all the products I needed. The Cashier was very friendly and helpful, and with another associate, loaded my heavy items in the truck, with a smile.

An associate in plumbing asked if he could help as soon as I entered the department. I showed him a bathroom sink drain pipe that was too short, he reached in the bin and found the exact size I needed. I was back home and finished installing my bathroom sink within hours. I normally like to shop Amazon, but Amazon could not have done what Home Depot did.. Thanks!

LESS CROWED THAN OTHER HOME DEPOT STORE IN COLMA. LARGE PARKING AREA AND MANY OTHER STORES AROUND. EASY TO DO MULTIPLE SHOPPING AT ONCE.

The store is clean, plenty of parking, garden department has variety of beautiful plants , specifically succulents, cheaper than in the other stores. Stuff is very nice and helpful.

I purchased the LG washer & dryer on 4/10/2015 and got installed on 4/17/2015. I headed over to Home Depot to purchase a toilet on 4/18/2015 and wanted to get a price match because it was $300 cheaper on 4/18/2015. At 5:15 p.m. an associate called Tim the manager and he said it was already 6 p.m. and can't make the transaction and I will have to come back tomorrow, but I gave the bathroom fixtures supervisor my paperwork to pass onto Tim. I called back on Wednesday to my out the status of a price match, but he wouldn't pick up. So Richard was the lucky guy to track him down and he calls me back 2 hours later that he has my paperwork and will need to call me back, but never does. Tim at Home Depot at the store 1092 Daly City does not have integrity, deceptive, and not willing to make a transaction that I feel is in my rights as a customer. 1. He probably wants me to be frustrated and forget about getting the discount. 2. He probably wants the 4/28/2015 date to pass and the price go back to normal in which I cannot pursue the discount anymore. I probably will pass on Home Depot in the future since I have choices of buying appliances from Best Buy, Pacific Sales Kitchen Bath & Electronics, Lowes and etc. While I do like Home Depot and some sales associates can be very helpful, I never will want to recommend this Daly City store.

Was able to make some returns here from another purchase from a different HD. If they carry it, they accept it!

Clean store and very helpful store associate there,s only one huge problem when i called store they have this product but when i arrived they said no more

CAROLINA AND RAY AT PRO DESK ARE BEST. I ALWAYS GO BACK THERE.
