I went to tool rental to rent a box truck. I had to wait over an hour to get one. I went and completed my move not realizing that the inside of the box truck was filthy and messed up two of my mattresses. One thankfully had the sheet on it but the other one wasn’t so lucky. The mattress is ruined. I took pictures to show the filth on the fitted sheet and how it seeped through to the mattress. I had to throw it away

I have to mention Abner. I was walki CAME UPON ABNER, HE WAS WITH A COUPLE OF WORKERS. I SAID I COULD NOT FIND VELCRO TIES. HE POLITELY STATED WHERE THEY WERE AND ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE HIM TO SHOW ME. I TOLD HIM YES, AND SAID, I ALREADY LOOKED THERE. WELL LOW AND BEHOLD THEY WERE ON THE OPPOSITE WALL. ABNER AND I HAD A REAL GOOD LAUGH! Abner is the employee who is the Pro-Active employee and goes above and beyond for the customer~ Thank You

I bought a ceiling fan on 03/27/2023 at approximately 12:07 pm. The price on the shelf was $119.00 which I confirmed afterwards at home by scanning the code at home when I realized that they had charged $238.00. When I went to the store to dispute the charge, I learned that the cashier had charged two items instead of one, and I had to wait for the cameras to be reviewed to resolve the claim. The next day, after trying to connect to the store several times, I finally talked to a rep, who seemed to be familiar with the case, but told me that the cashier remembered me and that I had bought two ceiling fans. Basically, "I am lying"; Concerning!!!! So far, the videos are not reviewed and I don't see an effort to do it, as the person authorized to check the videos is not at the store and they are not familiar with his/her schedule.

Latasha and the red head who help with self checkout are very rude. They closed the lanes on me with no notice after I was standing in line for awhile and. Please watch video. When I requested help they didn't care. Wow home depot. Where did you hire these 2? They are awful.

Good morning, I love this Home Depot, because every time I come there's always someone walking by and asking if I need help, and of course I always receive help.

Maddie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of a grill. There were computer issues, printing issues but she would not give up! she is an asset to that store!

I came in looking for a sprinklers valve and I had to walk the whole store to find someone on the register to help me !! Great customer service

I left another Home depot closer to me because of customer service, and have been coming to the Davie store for about 5 years, the staff in the paint dept are very good, but sometimes you have a rude associate or you can't find help on the floor. It use to be better.

As mentioned on my feedback, I stopped by at Davie store and see if they're fully stocked as the branch store I buy at Sunrise. To my surprise, I found some items that I bought at the Davie store. However, I noticed few shelves emptied, missing price tag, and items placed in wrong bins. As for the employees, it looks like the store was short-staff.

I would suggest assistance automated call buttons in the various sections to alert store employees of help needed in specific areas (like Walgreen's uses in their stores).

New water heater was missing pressure relief valve - had to reuse old water heater’s valve. Otherwise heater fit well and installed easily.

I go to this Home Depot because it is convenient and they always have what I need. The fire blanket as advertised is what I purchased. Hopefully I will never have to use it The price was excellent from others that i have seen on TV and appears to be just as good. .

Worst customer service. The girl in the register was awesome 👏

The manager of the store refuses To pay attention to long lines at the check out in the store . 15 People in line today and 4 registers open . This is the only Home Depot like this so I suggest go to the other one in Davie or the one in Hollywood

I TRIED TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON LINE, HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY DID NOT MATCH MY ORDER. RE: LIGHT BULB ORDERED WAS "DIMMABLE" THE DELIVERED BULB WAS "NON-DIMMABLE" ON THREE (ORDERS)

I was very pleased with my delivery the male driver did not speak any English but he was very polite very patient and was a very big help along with his partner a female I am sorry I don't remember their names but they both were wonderful they helped me get my refrigerator into the house for me. Both were very polite and I highly recommend home Depot and their delivery drivers. Thank you very much

This store is always well stocked and has everything I need.

I drive past a closer Home Depot to get to this one.

I was in the store purchasing garden supplies because I had a $15 coupon. Come to find out the coupon was only coded for online. But the manager got involved because it said I could use it in store as well, and gave me a $15 coupon to use because it did not have the barcode for them to scan. I am very thankful for their assistance the manager and the cashier plus they help me carry my stuff and put it into the car.

I went to home depot Sept 2 and although it was 9pm the employees seemed to have vanished. There's little personnel go assist customers with questions. It gets frustrating to not being helped.
