I was able to find everything I wanted very quickly!

Prices are fair on most things. The store is very clean on the inside and outside. The store associates are very well educated in their department, however I wish there could be some more to help out when you need it. Other than that everything else is great. Oh and in the summer time they have a really good hotdog stand right outside.

There never seems to be enough associates around to help.

Good experience except for the cashier. Cashier seemed like she wanted to do other tasks and walked away from the self serve checkout. I had problems scanning one item and I am a commercial account so my card had to be scanned which had to be done by her. She did her job but was not real friendly and gave the perception of being inconvenienced.

I loved discovering new products and finding the things that I needed as well. There's always families walking around excitedly picking out items or making decisions together. I would highly recommend going to this location and visiting the Home Depot website.

All the associates at Dearborn Home Depot are trained well to help you in any field of work you need help in from a carpenter to a electrician they are there to help. GOOD JOB GUYS!

There were many store associates available to help me find the items I was looking for and they provided their insights on many do the products which also helped.

The lawncare items I sought were easily accessible and the sales associate was very knowledgeabe to advise me about which products woud best serve my needs.

Shoppers can't go wrong with this store Truly top shelf people I will always give them my business

This store is one of the worst stores I have been in. The sales associate was beyond slow and didn't find the product even though it stated on the website that there was 28 in stock. Then proceeded to give me some lame excuse why the numbers were wrong. The next day I called for the manager and he found one for me back there. The manager also was not in the best of helpful moods. This store needs to change a lot in their layout before I shop there again.

Its clean with a friendly environment & also can ride my bike when I need to pick up miscellaneous needs..

You stock many of the tools and materials that I use regularly for the maintenance of our home. Your store is nearby and yourlonger hours means that I can go to your store when many others are closed.

Home depot employees stood around socializing instead of providing Customer Service. Very Disappointed. The only time the personnel helped was when directed to do so By Mrg.Bill.

I love the racial diversity of this store, If you are from a middle eastern origin you will not have a hard time there, there is also employees from all other minorities in Dearborn unlike Lows. The associates are available and they are ready to help. I always buy my home improvement product from Home Depot Keep up the good work.

this is my favorite store I don't shop no other place but,home depot there price is reasonable and the worker are very polite and the store is clean I recommend my family and friends to go there if they want to get deals on any products that they need.

Cannot remember the last time that I was in a store where the associates seemed more interested in conversing with themselves than offering to assist a customer or even to say "good morning". If customer service means anything, then this was an obvious fail!

This is the second time, in my experience, that a customer nearby noting that I was struggling a bit in cutting a board to my desired sizes, voluntarily gave his services without even being asked. That is a good feeling that a much younger person saw another (older) person in some need, and offered to complete the task at hand.

All the Associates that I had contact with were helpful and pleasant.
