Keisha and her team were excellent, they were very patient with me.

Jermaine(sp?) was very helpful when I came in to get keys made. I did not have to hunt down an associate, he came up to me and asked me if I needed assistance and then he made the keys for me. He was very polite and helpful and even told me his name stating that if I ever needed help on a future visit he would be happy to help me. Thank you for great customer service!

The items I was looking for were easy to find. Staff is very courteous.

I love shopping at Homedepot! the store is always clean and well organized. The variety of merchandise is huge! I simply love it!

Homedepot is the best place ever to find all your at stuff

I truly enjoy visiting this Home Depot. The diversity of the customers and associates makes a welcoming atmosphere. I would like to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from Tonda (TLG1541). The debit/credit system would not accept my Canadian visa debit card and she was very accommodating and patient as we tried it several times. She then provided me with the directions to the closest ATM (Walmart) and put my purchase to the side. Upon my return I proceeded to wait in her line even though other cashiers were available to be sure I thanked her. Associates such as Tonda are such a delightful way to end my visit. Thank You Tonda & Home Depot

This store is very clean and well maintained. The Associates are always there to help you and are very knowledgeable and courteous. Markela at checkout was just excellent. Bad Service, hard to find someone to help you all the way.

This is the first time in a long time that I was able to find a sales associate(s) the gentlemen that helped me know what he was doing and walked me over to find the product and explained my options, he also walked me over to the next available cashier for me to check out. Next time you go to the home depot in Dearborn look for sales associate (Roberto) and cashier (Markela) for excellent customer service.

home depot has all the stuff and construction supplies that every person need for its home business and construction we really love home depot. the store is so clean and the associate are so helpful , we can find everything that we want at ope depot . we will recommend it to all .

I had to call several stores that showed the item in stock on line before I found one store that actual found/had the item. At the Dearborn store I talked to the associate named Alicia who first looked for the item but could not locate the stock. However after I thanked her and hung up she called be back to let me know she had found the item and would take the number I wanted to the Service desk immediately for pick up. I felt this associate went above and beyond her duty to continue looking and calling me back once she located the item. This is something you don't see very often.

I feel they need to update the store more and have more handicap mobile carts available for handicap people,also they need to have special doors prizes and give little gifts away during the holidays like raffles..where you can win different things in the store..like a free gallon of paint or a mop or etc. Just make it fun and make people Brag about what happen on there visit to the store.I have a lot of ideals that can help bring people in the store to spend more money.just call me,I can help.
