This is not the largest HD store, but it is conveniently located (for me), is always busy, and always seems to have in stock exactly what I am looking for. I find this quite amazing, since some other HD stores are much larger.

The Deerfield Beach store is my go-to store for all household projects, which are many. Being a very small store means that sometimes they don't carry everything that the larger locations carry. That's why I always use the online search feature to see the inventory.

Like most Home Depots in this chain retail sales of home improvement products, just locate an employee and they will answer any questions, guide you the proper isles, and assist in any way they can.

I live in Century Village. The store makes it very easy to find the filters we all use for our air conditioners. They are marked with a big sign. Helps the elderly. The help is always friendly and willing to help. I needed a certain paint I used 14 years ago so I called to see if they still carried it before I went. It was Behrs paint in ultra white. I just needed it for touch ups. Boy was I excited. The girl on the phone in the paint department was very nice. Sorry I don’t have her name.

Store very unorganized, cluttered aisle, products misplaced and missing price tags on the shelves.

This store has improved greatly in the past couple of years - from cleanliness, to employees, to customer service, to products. It has made a great turn-a-round in all ways. A good place to shop - but they could benefit from having more employees in departments such as appliances, lighting, and garden shop - as they are busy areas.
