Excellent customer service

The Deerfield location used to sell lawn edging but suddenly just this store doesn’t sell it anymore! What is the logic in that - this is a very staple kind of product that almost all homeowners need at some point. All the other stores carry it and just deerfield does not. I shouldn’t have to drive to a completely different store just to get lawn edging! Fix this!

I had a wonderful experience with finding products and picking up online orders. Miss Tanya and Miss Simone were instrumental in accomplishing both and I thank them for their professionalism !!!

I used to love going to Home Depot to create little home improvement projects, but now I dread it. The lack of readily available assistance and the overall decline in customer service have made my visits frustrating and unenjoyable.

This is a small store. The employees are cordial & helpful, but due to smaller space, selection is limited and sometimes out of stock. Other local hardware stores are competitive alternatives.

I am though very satisfied with your quality. I purchased beautiful quality roses for my patio, recently. and am delighted.

I had ordered two Items that needed to be shipped to the store for pick up. One arrived and one circled back to the manufacture, The young woman in Customer service was not just helpful but earnest in her quest to reorder and confirm when my item would arrive. Many steps were needed and none of this flustered her at all. A true professional- If I could hire her I would.

I had a great experience while checking out. The cashier Steve was so happy and bubbly and full of great energy which we don’t normally experience often in this cranky world. He was a breath of fresh air and he started my morning off great.

Working in retail gives me patience. There were people there before me waiting longer. Thankfully, Shaneka came from cashiering to the paint department to help. She learned on the spot how to mix paint.

If you have a problem and need help in electrical…. a kind gentleman named Nicholas is incredibly helpful. We were there to buy security doorbells and it isn’t easy. So he took the time to walk us to the front of the store so we could select & purchase the correct product. Nicholas is a phenomenal help and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service.
