Customer service at The Home Depot has been better than I ever expected or heard about. At the Pro Desk, Adriana is always on top of everything and makes my job a lot easier. For returns or online orders, Maritza never misses—she’s reliable every time. And Donavan is my go-to whenever I need help loading or anything else around the store. Great team all around—really makes a difference.

I bought a kitchen cabinet and didn’t keep my receipt. When we were getting ready to put them all in order I realized that I bought the wrong size. When I tried to return it to exchange it for the size I need, they denied my exchange because I didn’t have my receipt. I’m sure that there are records kept on purchases but they were not willing to work with me.

I would like to thank Teresa the cashier Supervisor for her professionalism and courteous every time I am at Homedepot. Always remembers my name and make sure I don’t forget my military discount. Thank you for your help Teresa.

I bought washer and dryer on Sept. 6 and had a great experience with Esmeralda Hernandez ,is knew what I wanted and help me with my purchase.

Faucets need to be well organized for customer to find and price on product

Can’t push a cart through the cluttered up walkways, and there are employees standing in the aisles, talking to each other, but Lord forbid you could get one to open up the electrical cabinets for you so you can actually make a purchase

Home Depot is our go to store for all of our ranch, home, yard and gardening needs. Well stocked with quality merchandise, reasonably priced, experienced and friendly staff.

Check your receipt! I can’t emphasize this enough!

I really appreciate being able to checkout at the returns counter . For a while after Civid you had to walk to the other end of t he store to check out. For me with bad knees additional walking hurts.

Seems lately I venture here weekly for honey do’s. Staffing could be a little friendlier and helpful

Employees were very helpful, polite, and even retrieved an extra shopping cart for me. Store was well organized and clean.

Alot of employees who seem to never have a department. I watched them grouped up and on cell phones but when asked for help their responses are it's not my department!

This store has always lacked staff and when there is staff they’re no where to be found. The majority is not friendly and definitely not helpful. To many purchases with very bad service. People go only because that’s our only HomeDepot in town.
