Customer Service
Waited over 10 minutes for an employee to open a locked power tool bin so I could buy one. Asked 2 times for help and nothing....all while there are employees walking around doing nothing. Saved me over $200 on this trip. I just cannot figure this one out.....you folks need to address this one.

Customer service
Writing a review for my awesome cashier today made my day and my shopping expiernce better I haven’t had a genuine conversation with anyone since my husbands passing it is nice to know there is still good people out there and even good customer service. Celeste was awesome I hope she sees this.

Cashier Issue
Due to the fact. I purchased a siding nails and the hardware associate that help me stated that do to the fact the box that was holding the nails was falling apart and she stated that I would get a $10 off my purchase for that reason. when I got to the self check out the cashier Esmeralda to the hardware associate loudly that we do not give discounts for torn up container only for damaged material. Said this so loud that all the other customers and associates heard it. (Not Good business)
