Staff is very helpful, especially the paint dept. Always have the products and merchandise I'm looking for.

I was in the store Sunday July 29,2018 around 9:30a there was only 2 cashiers and the garden area was closed down and no available associate to help. After grabbing the items I need I proceed to go to the front the 2 ladies were very polite and helpful. This store has always had this issue there, they never have enough employees to help customers out when needed.

Great customer service friendly people great cashiers great management when you're in a hurry you want to find what you need in the store and these people are just on you which is a good thing because sometimes you don't know where the stuff is at I definitely recommend Home Depot in Del Rio Texas God bless

The store was well lit and labeled I usually fumble around till I find what I need, but everything was labeled correctly. Adrianna was very helpful in appliances, and she even helped me with cabinet handles. I am very pleased with Del Rio Home Depot

Wife and I love this store. It has that small town feeling. Everyone knows us and we know them. We are remodeling my family home that is almost 130 years old. So it’s been a project. A lot of these things we are doing I’ve never done before and without this store it wouldn’t be possible. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The store is always quiet and relaxing, nice through inside and outside. Big store and nothing in the way of the aisles. Organization is good every time I go. Employees are a bit quiet but would be better to smile more. But they are nice. There is a lot in stock and that is what makes the store much better. I love Home Depot. Always satisfied.

The store is usually stocked well with on sale items and the workers are very helpful when you ask for help. The only thing wrong at times is they don't have enough help on the floor at certain times of the say which makes it hard if you need help.

This store is always clean. You always see the associates smiling and helping customers. I was able to get assistance from 3 associates and the 3 of them were right. Thanks Home Depot for making our long list of material shopping experience, amazingly easy.

The Home Depot is Del Rio Texas is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. They do not carry items applicable to my area only national. The store is poorly maintained and poorly stocked. The manager is doing a terrible job.

Overall it is a really nice store. Do a lot of business there and only have two complaints. The first doesn't really pertain to this particular store rather than the company's policies. It is extremely difficult to pay this company via the PRO Account unless you are using cash or some type of cashier's check as the company they have hired to vet checks does not know what a bank check is. I finally succeeded in paying some very large bills with bank checks issued directly from the bank but it took an act of congress. I ended up spending a lot of money elsewhere after that. The other complaint was with one cashier and an assistant manager that gave me some serious flack when returning a non-functioning LED light that I had recently purchased. I did discuss this with the manager and hopefully he addressed it with these two individuals, neither of whom should be dealing with the public.
