I come to store multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. Customer service is outstanding

Always seems always seem employees/staff are just whaling around, until you need them. Then you have to go looking for them.

Am very pleased with all the help we get when shopping - We know that if what we need isn't in the store then it can be ordered most times.

All associates were available and friendly and able to assist in finding everything I needed. The checkout process was proficient.

I went to this location to buy some accessories for my Dremel tool.... It was the first time I had visited this location. The store employees were very friendly when I entered ( I had at least 4 of them say good morning ) the store was very clean, and after walking around for a few minutes ( of which I did not mind at all ) I found what I was looking for.... I went through the self checkouts and was thanked at that point by the gentleman that was working there.... I'm sure I will be going back...

not happy with the store associate they need to start to think how can we make something work in place of what you have or need

I appreciate the Home Depot Associates because they are friendly and anxious to help! Their knowledge answers questions and they always offer options for problems! They often show you how things work and tell you what to expect. They help load when I leave and always, always are pleasant. Home Depot is my Favorite "Go To" anytime!

Love shopping at Home Depot, just wish I had the money to buy the things I need to build the things I want. However most of what you need can be found here and most times you can find someone to help you find them.

The store was very clean and things were easy to find. The employees were very helpful and displayed excellent customer service.

While at the store the cashier was not able to move some items to make it possible for us to get the product we need. She paged for help and several associates came to assist us. The wait was not long and we completed the purchase to complete the project we were working on.

The store was so well lit that I could see all of the paint card samples easily. The cards and collections were very helpful in my color selections. The sales associates were very helpful and efficiently mixed my paint. They even brought my card samples that I forgot to the register for me. Thanks!

I went in to store to take advantage of the July sale. My total savings was $2,000.00. The sales associate was very helpful. She was knowledgeable regarding the appliances I needed to purchase. She was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. My purchase was quick and easy!

Home Depot was okay. did not get the item I wanted due to some issues as the item not matching to the price label. but had not choice to purchase another lawn mower which I am very pleased with. Second, sale associate was not very knowledgeable on what insurances were available when asked and sold me the wrong insurance. other then that the store was okay and will not keep me from shopping there due to this.

Alex R. in lawn and garden went above what I expected to help me with my purchases. In fact, I had to make several trips and each time he stepped right up to assist. Made going to HD a great experience.
