Allen in tools/lumber is simply the best! A wealth of knowledge and experience that has never steered us wrong. If you are a DIYr, try to speak with Allen, the guy goes out of his way to help/advise and probe in order for you to complete your job to achieve the best possible outcome. I know he has other job responsibilities but he never once treats us a nuisance when we seek him out for advice/assistance. The guy should be the face of Home Depot!

I go to the Delafield location because I've always had excellent service there. Mukwonago is closer for me, but the people ar Delafield have always been extremely nice.

Poor employee training / customer service. No experts in the departments anymore. Hard to find a salesperson. Not always a manager on duty. Hours posted were wrong (I was told to check the website after I was already shopping). Hand sanitizer and masks were available at the door.

We recently purchased a house and have been coming to this store multiple times a week for various products. They tend to have what we need or a reasonable substitute and have a great staff that is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The employees have experience and expertise above and beyond the competition and are really helpful finding exactly what I need.

It was easy to find our product, and once we did, we were helped with our questions quickly. Bill Johnson helped us and he was great! He is very personable, pleasant and polite. Next time we are in need of help, we will definitely seek out Bill to help us. My wife and I also got to know him personally, without distracting from his job performance or wasting any time. If more employees at other stores were more like Bill, shopping would be a much more pleasant experience. He made us feel welcome and treated us like he knew us for a long time. It was just a great experience!

I love shopping at this Home Depot -- everyone is always friendly and helpful. The store is cleaned and stocked as I would expect in a quality place.

I bought a water heater and fittings as they had what I wanted. When I checked out the sales associate was distracted and never gave me the fittings I purchased or asked if I’d like help loading up the 170 pound product. I didn’t realize the fittings were never given to me until I got home. I’m half hour away and didn’t want to drive back to get them, so I called and asked if they could just refund those. I was told I’d have to drive the hour round trip to get my money back due to their error. In addition, online it says that the sales associates would be wearing masks. Only half were, and one was clearly sick as he kept wiping his nose. Very frustrating experience with no real customer service.

Home DePot in Delafield never fails to impress me, with the quality of employees & Department Managers! Karen, Paint Dept Mgr, was VERY helpful with a project I am organizing for the Delafield Vintage Totem Pole Restoration! Watch for it to be reinstalled by The Fish Hatchery Downtown, this week!

We have been to this store several times within the last month while we are doing some minor remodeling. Each time, the employees are helpful, knowledgable, and kind. We will keep coming back!

Got in the store needed a proof of entry sticker for a couple small screws I had to match, the cashier was very polite and helpful. Went to go look for my screws, had to measure one to double check how many inches it was but left my tape measure in my car, one of the employees grabbed me a tape measure quick so I could use it and had a good attitude helping me out.

Bruce and Hannah in the paint department are so friendly and knowledgeable! They know the products and colors so well and worked with me to find the perfect colors. And I did! I will never go anywhere else for my projects.

On Wed. 2-19-2020 we shopped at the Delafield Wis. store. The store was neat and clean. The employees are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We sure will go back and shop here again and again.

I have found many employees to be very helpful with the success of my home improvement projects. I love my local Home Depot store and how helpful their employees are. If a employee does not know the answer they will find someone who will!!
