Courteous customer service from associates in the flooring dept. during a recent visit on black Friday .

This store is fine in every way. Easy to find, good atmoaphere, good staff. Just fine in every way

The man at paint counter was pleasant, very, very patient, personable, nice appearance, knowledgeable. Diana the Cashier was a doll, also very pleasant; fast, efficient, big blue eyes!

Store is well staffed,products properly stocked and in the correct aisles -and theres always plenty of staff assistance if I need it for loading etc....

I was checking out when a cashier that was closed called me over so I wouldn't have to wait! This was a nice surprise until I noticed it was a young lady named Connie! Connie has been there a long time and has never lost her positive attitude and desire to help customers! Thanks for the help Connie!!

Jessie went above and beyond to help us purchase 3 doors. He was fast, friendly and efficient! He really worked hard to help us select what we needed and even picking up the heavy doors and placing them on the cart. Every store needs employees like Jessie.

Always looking to get in and out quickly. And when I needed extra work performed by an assistant, it was quick and easy. And, I was able to pick up engine oil near the checkout and saved time stopping at an auto parts store. Great!

I love coming to this Home Depot. The always has everything that I need for my job and personal use. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Home Depot is my second home!

The experience at the store was as expected, however, the friendliness of my Cashier, Rita, really made me smile. I've come to expect good prices and to find all the products I'm looking for, but the interaction with the associates is what makes me choose this store over the competition. Store too small for amount of products . Isles narrow and easily blocked with carts and/ or product displays. Lighting could be much brighter.

The associates and departments are qell stocked & maintained with what I always need and at a good fair market price.

I was shopping for some new tools for furniture restoration. The associate gave me recommendations based on his personal preference, reviewed positive a negative attributes of the different products available and in the end I am very satisfied with the purchase. He was professional and appeared knowledgable in his presentation of products.

I have been helped by a few wonderful employees while shopping in your Derby store. I go there alot always doing projects around my home and needing things. The man I met in the paint dept last night was great!!! There was a about 4 to 5 customers there and he was by himself and he payed attention to all the questions and helped with tips. He was and older man with a grown son . I have been there many times and he is always the best and most helpful person in the paint dept. Also I went into the wood -lumber dept and was helped by a very wise man there. I seen him helping a women last night just as he helped me last month. He walked her to the cash register and was very nice. In this case I smiled when I seen him helping her. Those are the type of people I love to come across!!! Too many people are just doing a job and dont put there hearts into there work but these two men are WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES for HOMEDEPOT!!! I wish I had there names so they could get credit!!!

The aisle for containers and storage was filled with ladders and debris. I had to step over the equipment to get to what I needed.
