I had a very good experience with the store employees. They are professional and friendly.

I just really appreciated the level of customer service provided by the cashier Marjorie. She made my shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable.

I received exceptionally good help in looking for an item for Fathers Day. When it was determined that it was really out of stock, they arranged a generous substitute for the drill. I received cheerful informed help from more than 2 associatesand an assistant manager. This is not my usual experience with large hardware chains. Home Depot Derby is now my go to place for hardware needs!

I often order online for pick up in the store. All the associates who have helped me in the last 3 years have always made me feel like a valued customer. There are 3 who have been outstanding, Briana, Hannah and Andrea. I often kid the ladies on how I appreciate them doing my shopping. :)

I have never had a problem with Home Depot. Employees were always helpful. Best thing I found was stock was always on the right shelves under or around the display. Easy to find correct items without searching through multiple products. Store was neat & organized.

I don't particularly like big corporations, but HD is as good as any. This store is very friendly and helpful though. Most of the older employees are very knowledgeable. So are some of the younger guys.

I have purchased all of my Kitchen appliances from the Derby Home Depot, and have always been pleased with the service, and quality of the appliances purchased. I will continue to use this facility for all of my future purchases. The store associates greet you upon arrival and ask if they can assist you in finding a product or if you might require help determining if a product would be right for your specific needs.

The store is clean and the flow of this location makes sense. Everyone at this location is helpful and goes the extra mile. I thank the employees of this location for making my home remodel a success...so far!

First of all nothing gets a 5 star rating, nothing. i general your store is a delight to shop in.I make models from scratch and get most of my lunber in your hobby section. (sorry I am not one of your high dollars customer) my only complaint is there is not a great selection of types of wood. there is popular and oak. How about some maple or cherry? I have to go elsewhere for these.

This store is getting better they brought in some new management and you could tell things are getting better what they should improve on is when you asked for something and you can’t find it and then you finally find a Home Depot associate They should never say this phrase were out of stock or we don’t have it anymore. help me with a solution or find another store that has the product . I talk to Nancy yesterday an assistant store manager about this And she assured me she will be working with the team to improve on this I was very happy to write a review about the store most of the time my experiences there have been good, we do not live in a perfect world not all Experiences will be great it’s what you make of it

One star is one too many. I can't believe the horrible customer service at this location. I have been treated so badly on more than one occasion. I stop shopping there temporarily but sometimes I have to go there and I always regret it. The customer service counter / returns counter employees have absolutely no customer service skills. They should be scrubbing toilets instead, they are not people friendly.

Home Depot is pretty uniform with the other HD. It's good on prices for somethings, but lumber and bolts ,nuts and screws are overpriced.

Store associates are always willing to help

As a 76 year-old woman I appreciate being taken seriously when I have a question about a tool, lumber, or the like. The staff members at the Derby Home Depot are visible, respectful, and willing to help. They will go the extra mile (or several aisles) to ensure I find a product I want. Generally what I need is in stock. When I have had to order online the product has arrived before the promised date. The staff at checkout let customers know when a register is open. The staff at assisted checkout provide any help needed. Check-out personnel offer to get help when I am purchasing something heavy. For me an added bonus is the camaraderie I sense among the staff members.

I like shopping at the Derby store because it is close, clean and the employees are friendly and willing to help with any issue you have.

Just returned home and realized that when I had a clerk cut my finish plywood, they cut it finish side up, which tore up the finish ply... I would suggest that people really inspect any help they receive. 60$ piece of red oak finish plywood... ruined.

I frequent this Home Depot often. this is the first time I have entered the sweepstakes. I have always found the store clean and well stocked. If I have difficulty finding an item the floor people have always been helpful in find the right product.

The prices that you are charging for poinsettias and orchids border on price gouging.

Home Depot needs more employees on hand. Have to wait a long time for a salesperson to get freed up to help out.

It is always a good feeling to know that if I am looking for a particular item, I will invariably find it at the home depot I am visiting. I have rarely been disappointed. Furthermore, the employees are particularly helpful and professional.

The Derby store #6226 has proven to be excellent in their help and service. I have shopped there for years and find employees extremely helpful, willing to assist and courteous. The products needed were available, with assistance from tow very helpful employees. The store is always clean and well organized.

Darlene in flooring was the best!. She displayed good old fashioned customer service today to rectify the situation I had with my carpeting. Although this was my mistake in the beginning in selecting the wrong type of carpet, She went over and above to ensure I purchased the correct carpet. I would also like to thank Andrea at the front desk for assisting in this this rectification!.

Convenient location. Well stocked and maintained. Automatic checkout can be a chore. Luckily there is a human being to help with check-out.

Paulette (the cashier) was courteous, kind and professional. She was helpful and friendly and so were the other associates we came across.
