This visit, like every other visit I have made to this store, went exactly as I expected. The products are located where I'd expect them to be; in fact, there are many more products than I was aware of, making more options available.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for years. Generally the store folks are reasonably knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I don't always know exactly what I want so the visual and store associate usually gets me to the right product. Most of the time its a one stop shopping experience that allows me to get hone and tackle the project. The products and services at Home Depot are great, its my expertise that's always in question.

The store associate in the rug department is very knowledgeable and willing to share his information with customer. He always takes time to answer any questions we have and helps with information about what we are looking at that we would never have thought of. He is a very pleasant man and never rushes us.

WHILE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE I STOPPED IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT TO BROWSE FOR MY NEXT PROJECT. THE PAINT PEOPLE WERE GREAT: AVAILABLE BUT NOT PUSHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCT AND WHERE TO FIND IT. THEY'VE NEVER BEEN A DISSAPOINTMENT.

We are amateurs when it comes to painting. We went to the store to buy samples of pain and did not even know where to begin. Liz found us in the pain isle staring like deer in the headlights. She was incredibly patient and helpful and the only reason our trip was a success. Big thank you to her

I shopped on a Monday morning. The store was clean and bright and an associate was nearby, to answer my questions. I shop frequently @ Home Depot and have never had a bad experience.

Rental fee for electric cement mixer is TOO HIGH!! I bought 16 @ 80 lb bags of concrete at HD. Why do I have to pay $110.92 for 2-day rental? The machine is probably only worth $300 brand new. Other equipment that's worth 10 times the money, like a towable log splitter, rents for about double the small cement mixer. It's out of proportion, something's wrong.

Very helpful associate with information and service that lead to us execute a major purchase

The staff is very friendly. I had my phone in hand with a picture from their website of the wire that I needed to pick up for my husband. An employee saw me confused and took one look at my phone and bam the product was in my cart.

We are very please that when we need help, we can always find a store associate who will direct us the aisle we need or take us there personally. We never have to waste time looking for an item we need. Also the store has really done a good job of keeping it clean, as I had issues with this before.

Purchased some tools for my son. Everything I wanted and more. Found great value and variety. Took advantage of military discount as well!

John was extremely helpful to me! My being in Home Depot is like a bull in a china shop. I know NOTHING about hardware applications, and John helped me find what I needed. I was most grateful for his help!

Kathy P was so nice and helpful! She was very very knowledgeable with the paint section of homedepot. I came in the store not knowing exactly I was going to need for my project and she took me to all the eisles showing me the steps I would need to complete my furniture revamp! I enjoyed talking to her and sharing my project ideas with her. I was so excited about how she helped my project turn out that I came back to the store just to show her pictures! I told all of my friends that also take Pinterest ideas and create new projects about KAthy P . She is awesome

Plumbing associate took time to assist with a special plumbing request

Upon entering the store, I immediately encountered an associate who escorted me to the aisle where I could find replacement window locks. I chose my items quickly, used the self check-out, and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that!

My Garage Motion Detector light finally, failed on me........ So because it's getting Darker out now days (October), I went in to get a new one. The Store Associate in the lighting department area, was very helpful in getting me the right product. So I don't trip and fall into my Recycling Bin, like I did one night after dark. Thank you.

I have had a lot of trouble here getting help with loading building materials onto my cart while in the store. I can handle most things myself but I currently need drywall. If you have ever tried to load this stuff onto a cart you know what I mean. So the store seems to always have plenty of it, and all types. But I can never get anyone to help me get it on my cart so I can take it to the register. I have had customers help me. Once outside they always seem to have lot attendants around to help you get it into your truck/van.

The staff are very friendly and helpful every time I am in here. The layout is great. Easy to find what you need. Checkout lines are always short thanks to self checkout option.

The online ordering was very easy to use, I simple searched for items needed and added these to my cart, the online ordering told me if items were available for pick up same day. I was able to place my order, pay for it, and waited only an hour to receive message that my order was in. What I liked best about this feature is that it is easy and time saving. I was able to do my work and still was able to accomplish getting the building supplies I needed for my home, without any added stress on me. I will purchase in this manner again.

I find that Home Depot is customer friendly with a wide variety of home based products.

I found the checkout experience somewhat disappointing on my last visit to Home Depot and Home Depot is my preferred and primary place to shop. First as I approached the checkout by the Pro Desk, both cashier stations were lit indicating they were open, but no one was manning either station. As I waited I watched both cashiers casually talking in a corner and then when one did approach there was no greeting, she just picked up her scanner and started scanning my items. And as I provided some assistance in shifting the boards I was purchasing so she could check lengths she acted like I was interfering. Finally I bought 7 ft of window casing pre primed wood @ 92 cents a foot but the item did not have a code attached so she wandered off to that aisle of the store to check the price and when I got home discovered I had been charged for the window casing @ 99 cents a foot not for the wood but the composite casing. She had scanned the wrong item. Morale of story check your receipt before you go - or insure that anything you buy has a UPC scan sticker attached - even if it means cutting your own wood and leaving others discards behind though they are of sufficient length for your purpose.

I like this store, no complaints. I like it more than the stores in the south.

I go to this store fequently. The associates are all so friendly and eager to help. They are very knowledgable on the items. I would highly recommend this store.

Liz and Joseph B in the Paint Department are especially helpful and will take the time to assist you with a question or provide assistance with any paint you need tinted or possibly color-corrected. They are patient, friendly, and aim to please whenever we've needed their assistance. All in all, the staff at this store are very friendly and eager to help!

I come to this store almost every day and would recommend it to everyone. Associates a very helpful and friendly!
