My wife and I enjoy fixing our home and fixing all our projects. You help us with saving us tome and money.

We had a great experience in Home Depot. We needed some help with questions on bathroom faucets and plumbing parts. Too often you cannot find someone to help you in other stores but we were able to find someone in each to answer questions and went above and beyond to get information that an item we wanted was on line from Home Depot and got the parts numbers for us. Great store.

We set up an appointment for measurements and eventually installing a garage door. The person that was supposed to come for Measurements, called and said they need to reschedule, because she had kids in the car with no baby sitter. Scheduled for Tuesday at 9 am. Never showed up, and called to say they got busy, and will be there at 4 pm, never showed up. I texted them, they said will be there at 4:30, did not show up. I texted them again, they said they are 6 minutes away, but never showed up! They contacted us after a week to ask if we still want measurements done! I called the store and told them what happened, and the manager, Dina, said that she will file it and will take care if it, but she just sent us a copy of refund and said “ thank you for your business.” Really? Thats how you run your business?

The East Syracuse store has a large selection and extremely helpful personnel. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

An older store, however the shelves are always well stocked and arranged "neat and orderly" Very easy to find things.

Employee at front service counter desk was very helpful and courteous. Employee went above and beyond in my opinion and showed exceptional courtesy by helping me. She had remembered my name after briefly speaking and offering to hold my online items at front desk while I shopped for additional items. Things such as remembering a person's name are very important and impressed me. Thank you Brandi.

Wonderful customer service today on the 4th of July from the moment we entered the store until we left. We were able to get assistance and all of the associates we spoke with were friendly and very helpful, especially Mandee!

Clean store with helpful people! always have what I need. Return policy is very generous. Pre-order works great for me. Always ready quickly. This is important. Thgey had everything I needed. Check out was simple! The four people that took care of me were talented and friendly. Your people are inviting, sincere, hardworking people. Be sure you thank them often. They are the reason I shop at HD, and own your stock. Get reusable canvas bags with your logo on them. Your customers will will love it, while they spread the HD name.

All of the employees were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend the store for those of us who are handy but do not know all of the nuances of a particular job. Finding items was easy and the store was clean.

I hope they do better strive on checkout with cashiers.

it look good

Being a first time home buyer I had no clue how many paint options there were. Alex that works in the paint department stopped on his was to his break to see if we needed help since I probably looked lost. He literally went through all the options and what would be the best for us. After that he helped with how much paint I would need. He then got the paint and prepared it for us. He spent over an hour with us. He could have kept going and went on break but he didn’t. He stopped to ask for help. That makes a great employee. He made the experience stress free. Thank you so much!!

The store employee's Brandy, Angel and Annie were exceptional!

I just bought a home in Lafayette so I have been doing everything out of home depot. I met Stephen and Ryan in the repair service for lawn mower. The out standing customer service I received was first rate. They both went out of their way to help and resolve a problem I was having. Do to them I retuned my mower and bought a $310.00 lawn mower that same day. Just great shopping and customer service from these two guys. They do that Home Depot justice believe me. Associate "found" me looking for assistance in the flooring department. He showed a caring attitude from initial contact. Knowledgeable & very efficient explaining the steps to your processes concerning flooring materials, pricing, measurements, installer, etc. RJ OFFERED information to questions I didn't know to ask. He directed me to other areas of the store to complete my shopping experience with accuracy & pleasure.

store assistants are very warm and professional. store products are lined up neatly. if you asked one person who might not be in charge the area, but you don't have to worry, because they will find the better one to answer or assist my puzzles.
