It was amazing experience to shop , just waiting for my goods to receive it , however since it’s over seas it might take sometime but overall shopping experience was great , could have given all 5 but since I am getting emails about my products to be delayed I am slightly anxious so that it doesn’t get further delayed .

Everytime I go to this store the customer service is great.

The store has no employee disaster no help they dont care and when you ask they dont speak english.

This is so close to our community and well located with employees always willing to help you. Many specials and always able to find what we are looking for!

I visited the appliance dept and was greeted by Moises. He was very pleasant, courteous and professional. Explained the export process and followed up with a quote. Luis was also great. Spoke with him only by phone about my export order and he also seemed very genuine and caring. Will definitely head to the Sweetwater Store #3331 when visiting Miami!

Olga, the associate that came out to help me was so polite and eager to help! Always nice to meet people that want to help solve your problem. She quickly found the griddle I was looking for and called another teammate out to help load it on the buggy.

Was very impressed by the front end staff. Clean & organized, fast & friendly all the things any retail establishment should demonstrate to ensure their customers are taken care of. The front end staff more than made up for any lack of staffing or less than stellar effort made by the few employees in the aisles. I applaud the front ends leadership and staff for their efforts.

I bought a Assure Lock 2; Smart Door Lock with WiFi and Touchscreen Keypad; Black Suede brand Yale online but you guys sent me the wrong product, another brand in another color. Then I had to return it at the nearest store (Doral) and the customer service representative didn't show any interest in helping me to find the product, just did the easiest thing which was returning the money.

No one was able to answer products in this store about specific tools. A lot employees walking in the store doing nothing.

Mr. Mike from Kitchen Designs at Home Depot, Doral, provided excellent customer service from inception to completion! His knowledge and expertise is amazng! Very professional, meticulous, and patient. He ensured we explored all options, and provided good recommendations. The most amazing part- was we went with little guidance, not knowing what we really wanted or had in mind. Using our floor plans, he turned a draft design around within a few hours- which were amazing! We highly recommend Mr. Mike- his wealth if knowledge and experience is superb! Thank you!!!!

No one to help and stock is poorly managed, items almost never in stock. I'm very disappointed.

I went to purchase a M12 Screwdriver set advertised for $20 less on the home depot website and I was told online prices are different from store prices and nothing can be done. This came from 2 different employees in the store. They made me waste 30+ minutes going back and forth and even made me make the purchase online and then cancel it only to end up giving me the advertised price. Honor your promotions and train your staff better to treat and understand customers and look for solutions instead of making me feel like I don’t know what I am talking about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and organized.....great parking...easy to enter exit the lot..we drive to Doral just to shop here. We live close to the Flagler store..5 minutes away..and rather drive to Doral.

Once I arrived at the store I was greeted by a gentlemen named Gibo. He greeted me and asked me if there was anything that I needed help with. I explained him my project and he then went with me to every aisle to get everything that I needed to start and finish my project. He then thanked me for shopping with Home Depot as he took me to self check out. Michael then took over and helped me checking out my items.
