Are Kids Workshops offered at the West Dade Home Depot?

Yes, the West Dade store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Great Customer Service

My wife and I identified a tile we liked, however the code on the tile was not complete. Mr. JC tried to assist even after he had clocked out of his shift! When he could not do so he kindly passed on to Christopher in the kitchen Cabinets area and after researching he was able to find the tile! Above and beyond! Thank you both very much. Alex F.

Long line at checkout

They have closed the self checkouts according to the cashier but did not increase the amount of cashiers, long wait to check out, go to a different location

Good Store

This is my favorite Home Depot store. Eventhough it may the biggest one, I have been able (99%) to find whatever I have been looking for. Sometimes is difficult to find someone to assist you, but once you find an employee, they are very courteous.

Great Customer Service!

Was having a scanning Issue at the self-checkout area when the assigned cashier Marcus came over and helped me. He was very nice and even gave me some advice for my Halloween decorations! It's associates like him who make shopping trips worthwhile!

Pretty great Home Depot

I got both my new cabinets and countertops from Home Depot. The service here is always great and since I am renovating my new house I spend a lot of time here. Always greeted with friendly staff members and they are really helpful with even the smallest requests. Keep it up!!

Yoniel & Patty or was it Reyna? Are a great team

I usually hate this home depot because of its parking but it's the closest. Today I went in for light bulbs. Aisle 2 for 22 mins, No one showed up. None of the bulbs matched what I had brought. Called over speaker atleast 3 times. Finally went to customer service & was lucky to have got right to the manager Yoniel. Super nice guy. Immediately walked with me & although he didn't have a clue about location, he stayed the entire time and looked boxed by box to help me find what I needed (numbers didn't match) he was so nice. He also had me see a lady named Patty who had seen me previously walking in circles, who I had asked to call someone before... so she knew I had been wondering around . Anyways, between the both of them , I went from 'this is why I hate this place ' to, 'that wasn't so bad, I'll come back.' Wasted 30 mins but atleast it ended pleasantly.
