Everything is always available. Good people and great service

Never before have I seen a store that greets customers in every single department. I've worked 2 different stores and I was shocked at the service I received.

I am so sorry that I didn’t write down the name of the two women who’s were so helpful to me ! One was at the door and the other in customer service and they were both great!

This visit wasn't the best 1 team member seemed to really not want to engage with me. Another team member was very helpful and pleasant but I had to approach her. The cashier at self checkout was so sweet and friendly.

Martha was very professional, courteous, patient, and went the extra mile.

The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. They answer questions and will assist customers in any way they can.

I spend at least $100,000 at Home Depot yearly. I dread having to shop at this location. Everyone stands around and talks. They ignore curbside. They are not helpful. They rarely ever answer the phone. They take days to pull your pick up order. They have messed up several large delivery orders I have placed at the pro desk. I will drive to Carrollton to place large quantity orders. I will never give large orders to this store again. I only shop here for convenience to my investment property. I always dread having to go to this store because it’s always an ordeal. Very poorly managed.

We had found everything we needed, and I saw a young man and asked him He was very helpful. He told us what aisle it was on and then he showed us. He didn't have to but he did which was nice. Thanks for the help

My husband and I renovated an old home over a period of many years. I was in Home Depot so often that one employee, whom I had gotten to know rather well, asked me if I owned stock in the company! I told him No but I wish I did! I hated to see him retire, because he could answer any question about plumbing and was a great help to us.

I went to home depot to have wood cut to make a particular project. Barry assisted me with my wood cutting project. Barry went over and beyond to assist me. My blocks were cut perfect. The job was time consuming and tedious, I felt so sorry for having him cut all those small blocks, but he did it with no complaints. Thank you Barry you are a great asset to Home depot.

Some yes or no answers only should have had a “don’t know” place. Don’t know if someone welcomed me after I got in store but someone talked to me & was helpful. It was a fine visit, though. Just didn’t know know some of the answers to check

Products are competitively priced and great quality.

This Home Depot is the best I've ever been to everyone seems so happy to work here.

Upon entering I was greeted with a smile. Additionally, Shamon and Lash were able to help me get my item and fully supported store policy for price matching. It made it so easy and convenient for me as a first time home owner. Will be coming back!

I just left the Douglas Blvd. Store in Douglasville Ga. The music playing throughout the store is not appropriate for the general public. the store was playing satanic music by AC/DC, including “Hells Bells” and “Girls, Girls, Girls.” I like rock and pop music, but as a Christian and parent, I find these songs totally offensive.

I never mind going to Home Depot. This place is awesome.

I came in searching for garden supplies. I was directed to gloves by one employee. Nice. I was able to be helped by another in the check out process. By the way, seeing the fresh lily bulbs is encouraging at the end of January!

I was so happy with the Douglasville Home Depot. There was an employee named Kiona who was simply amazing providing assistance and tremendous customer service. Truly this employee "rocks" and should be in a higher position in the company. Employees like Kionais a very rare commodity in this day and age. She represented Home Depot very well with kindness, respect, and outstanding customer service.
