Shamica is an awesome cashier. She makes you feel warm and welcomed like you just came into her home.

Had great recommendations regarding paint, brush and rollers...Bahr paint was a pleasure to use...it went on without splattering or dripping. The edge brush worked perfectly and I was finished in no time.

They have everything I needed, and service help is always there, never have to hunt for anyone.

I've been to this store before. Employees are lazy, tend to hide, and act like they are doing you a huge favor to help you. The woman in charge of the self-checkout was too busy texting to help me check out.

Reps are always very helpful and know exactly where to direct you.

Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. Great selections of home improvement items at really good prices. Garden area has really good quality plants and they offer a 1 year guarantee. We always shop at this location for great deals and customer service.

The Dover store has served me well over the past three years and I find the prices to be very competitive. Things are usually very easy to find, but the staff is very helpful if you do need assistance. I've also paid for items online and picked them up in store, and this has worked out well, also. Either way, check-out is always quick and easy as well. I've bought storage shelves and bins, a cooler, dehumidifiers, fans, light bulbs, paint and accessories, Damp Rid, door knobs and locks. I think this is a great store.

The store was very clean and organized. I could not find anyone on the floor to assist me. I had to go to the customer service desk to get help. But, once I got someone to help me, it was a very pleasant experience.

always low prices I love seeing the new products they get in and you must check out their clearance racks..:)

If you go to this Home Depot ask for Quinton from the Pro Desk to help you!! Guys - he's your "Man's Man" the kind of guy other guys want to "chop it up with" about a project! And Ladies - he is really genuine, helpful, patient. . . .and VERY easy on the eyes! Makes every visit to this Home Depot quick and easy!

Quinton from the Pro Desk is the man!! Excellent customer service. I can honestly say he is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this store these days! When I come in the morning its like he's waiting there for me to help me! I don't like wasting time (especially looking for things) and he knows right where everything in the store is and helps me get in and out quickly! I spend THOUSANDS of dollars in Home Depot every single year for at least the last 8yrs and every dollar spent there has been worth it. The employees protect my purchases from unscrupulous contractors and notify me right away of any issues (which are rare) that should concern me! As long as I continue to get the EXCEPTIONAL customer service i have been receiving from this stores employees like Quinton from the pro desk i would continue to spend my dollars here first!!

Great stock on early spring flowers. Also great sale on them. Great decorative items for the Garden that you can't find anywhere else.

Just a I was walking in, there were people waiting and asking to see if I needed help. And the lady at the self check out was super good with young kids.

I had a problem I wanted to fix in my sister's home and the initial store associate wasn't sure and he asked another worker if they had seen Mike; I soon had a people looking for Mike (they found him) and offering other possible solutions but all agreed he would have the best solution for my issue.

I have not shopped at my local Home Depot for over two years. This was due to unsatisfactory associates who were very, and I mean very unfamiliar with whatever question they were asked and rude most of the time. I was tired of leaving the store frustrated. However, on this occasion I needed to stop in and was pleasantly surprised to come across a very helpful and knowledgable associate from the paint department. He asked me detailed questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct product for the job and even ran through a few recommendations as well. He was quick and jovial. A real pleasure to work with. The cashier was equally as positive and happy. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

The employees at this store were very helpful! We were looking for a shower door latch and had no luck elsewhere. Three associates assisted us in finding the part. Great team work and they seem to really care about their customers! We will definitely be returning there for future purchases!
