The Pro Desk features three charismatic and helpful gentlemen: Jim, Bob and Quintin. They are gems and offer tremendous value to the store. They engage their customers with attentiveness and are helpful beyond expectations.

Great Selections and Very clean and careful of The Pandemic by placing appropriate Spacing. Clean wash throughout the store.

Handicap parking spaces are down by the south entrance. The cash registers and exit is on the north end of the building. There are no registers down by the entrance where the handicap people park. Only one register was open. a lot of handicap people can’t use self service registers. I don’t use them because I don’t work for Home Depot. They aren’t paying me to check myself out. And it’s taking jobs away from people.

Salesperson Andrew in appliances was extremely professional and helpful

Having difficulty coming to a mutual agreement to resolve an issue with a house full of special order windows that were requested to meet code but do not.

This store has good service. The employees are friendly and helpful. The credit terms are wonderful.

Zero customer service! When asking one of the team members walking toward me for assistance he put up his index finger and shook his head no, basically indicating my question wasn’t important. (He was getting a pen from a workstation) The ladies at the return counter were more interested in talking about oval tubs instead of asking me about my return. Not once did they say hi or may I help you. Others associated were just standing around chatting. This place is miserable.

Home Depot Dover is our favorite one. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Collin in Lumber was just a phenomenal employee. The attentiveness to the customer before me, and worried that I would be upset for taking too long for reasons not his fault. He was personable, passionate, and believes in doing his job accurately and efficiently. He asked about my profession (artist/youtuber) and just a really nice guy. Being a woman, he wouldnt let me lift or exert myself. Awesome employee. You should be so proud of having such a great worker during these awful times. Thx Collin.
