The delivery people from Home Depot were to call one hour prior to delivery. I never recd a call and the delivery was three hours outside four hour delivery time provided. Guy lied said he’d been calling all day I showed him phone no missed calls. Same guy wanted to see where unit was going (stackable washer/dryer). Asked him to put booties over shoes that was a problem so I asked him to remove shoes. He looks at where unit is as to be placed went outside he and another guy brought unit inside house. Head guy then refused to remove shoes or put booties on left stackable washer/dryer in foyer of house. Called someone spoke Spanish so we couldn’t understand what was being said and left 😳. It was two Hispanic men I don’t discriminate against any race of people. These two extremely ignorant. If having a delivery from Home Depot, request NO Hispanic delivery people.

I had a great experience with an employee that I shared in my review. She went above and beyond in helping me.

Every product that I get is for most repair and replace is in stock. And using their in-home service to get repairs done have been outstanding the repairs are done with great expertise.

I visited the paint department twice recently. Both times had to wait 20 minutes before I was assisted. On both visits the employee (different person each visit) was not friendly. I asked questions and recommendations and the employee was not knowledgeable and couldn't answer my questions. Otherwise the trip to the store was ok.

I was properly helped and assisted in the store but went to check out and they just stared at me. Never was greeted. I’m grieving and it would have been nice to even been told “thanks for shopping” anything smh.

I went to identify what garden stones I wanted and how I could figure out what I needed. The gentleman in the garden center told me what I needed to buy to figure out the total needed and how to get the rest online, since I lived an hour from the store. The cashier helped me load my car. It was extremely easy: they were also well stocked

Nobody ever greets you, thanks you or offers assistance. Your on your own in this store.

I have bought large quantities of lumber and supplies, both online and in store. Very happy with how is was treated like a valued customer. I have spent thousands of dollars there recently, and am always pleased with the service. I will continue to buy there and frequently recommend them to others.

The product I bought worked well. just that I took forever finding them.

I simple prefer the layout of the store and the wide range of products that this store has verses the local competition. Every store seems to be short on employees, especially knowledgeable ones however this particular store has some well trained staff who give excellent answers to questions or help you find the correct answer. Even though it is a 90 mile round trip for my family, when I replaced all my older battery operated tools I chose the Dover store for my purchases. Replacing ten tools was not as expensive as I thought.

We have lived all around the US & always shop at Home Depo. I can tell you 100%, the Dover, DE store is the Best!

The customer service cashier, Ariana she had a very nasty attitude. She act like she didn’t want to be there. She treated me like crap like I did not matter I think that the store manager Chris needs to retrain her or put her in the parking lot with the shopping cart and the mulch, because it seems like that’s where she does better

I was able to find an associate and she was able to help me find all the items that I needed very helpful.

We bought the RYOBI lawn mower today here using a new HD credit card. We got a $50 rebate automatically at check out. One of the employees, Craig, helped us tremendously with the loading and off loading of this item. We could not have purchased this without his help.

The customer service I received at this Home Depot was far superior to anything I've received at any home improvement store. I bought a stove, and every question I had was answered. I was treated like family there!

One of the worst stores i have ever been in. To walk the length of this store and have no one even look at you or ask do you need help or did you find what you need. No eye contact and no workers in any aisles is just wrong for the home depot and all it does to have great customer service. So stay out of this store!!!!!!

The features of the washer and dryer were explained as well as the order and delivery expectations before I made the purchase. Very helpful.

Im probably in my local Dover Delaware store at least 5 times a week. . .Sometimes more. . .I have experience any issues whatsoever shopping at this store. The store associates are more than happy to help assist in all my questions (when I have one) and help me find exactly what I need. I purchased the battery about a little over a month ago and it works fine what I like about this store is that you can find the products you need because they are always fully stocked, and the staff is very kind and helpful pleasant place to shop.

I bought a refrigerator last month after shopping several stores and research. I am pleased with my choice from Home Depot. I am considering a bathroom remake and I will consider what Home Depot has to offer. ( I saw a great idea in the store).
