The ladies at the "pro" registers dealing with truck deliveries are wonderful. Their exemplary service will be one of the main reasons I will use this store again.

The sales staff is more than helpful. The Merchandise we are looking for always seems to be in stock. The wood is much better quality then the "blue box"store.

my family and I had a power outage in NJ and was in terrible need of a generator, I called several other stores in Delaware and the customer service that answered the phones were not helpful at all and even told me that no store in Delaware had them but I went ahead and called this store in Dover anyways, the woman that answered Connie was so helpful took her time out to make sure they had one and even looked to make sure the one they had would run my fridge, when I got there I was politely greeted by her and Tom in tool rental, Juan and Haneef all came to make sure I understood how to work it and that I purchased the correct items that I would need to run it.Connie even checked me out very promptly! I was so greatful for their helpfulness and their teamwork was absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys! Wish all stores had great workers like you, you took a lot of stress off m that night

I have been in many different Home Depot stores in several states as I am on the road for work several times a year. I have visited stores in Massachusetts, Virginia, Delaware, and my home state of Pennsylvania to name a few. I have encountered freindly staff in all of them but the staff in the Dover store always seem to be a bit nicer. My crew and I tend to show up near closing time trying to find items to repair something or to fix a problem at our camp site. The staff at this store has never rushed us out trying to close. They always take the time to make certain that we have what we need. I would say that this is one of the best stores I have been in and would certainly recommend it to others.

The associates are amazing here. i have always had the help that I needed and they have the knowledge to there products.

I am very happy with your store and your employee's helpfulness. I needed plumbing today and Tom retired and Joan is out on medical leave and could not get what I wanted today, I needed a flare for a gas stove hookup. Plumbing is a speciality, but then every department is, I need more help in that area and do it a lot. .

I found it unusual to find an associate almost immediately, as this happens very rarely, in any store.

had to purchase paint. Behr did not have the color my wife wanted. The associate color matched the tint from another brand. Perfect. Was a busy day with a few people in front of us. The associates kept talking to us while mixing paints. Did not feel ignored. Never heard them complain about the lines or some of the rude customers. Very professional.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND HAD PLENTY OF LIGHTING FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED WITH OUT HELP WHICH WAS THERE IF NEEDED CASHER WAS FRIENDLY GOOD VISIT WILL VISIT AGAIN

Deb at the Pro Desk makes this store the best in town! She is always willing to go the extra mile to help with any project, large or small. I go to Home Depot because of her pro desk and I even have to drive past a local competitor that is more convientently located to my home to shop at this Home Depot. She is fantastic!

The area that I visited was the Pro Contractor area. I did not need assistance since I located the item that I spot at another visit the previous week. The lay out of the items displayed did not change which made it great for locating what I needed.

The store was very clean and the sales associates were very visible and ready to assist from beginning to end. A very positive experience! We will be back.

What a wonderful experience I had making this purchase!!! Normally, I don't look forward to running the errand for my husband to Home Depot to pick up anything. However, this time was amazing! I went with my 12 year old to pick up a trim kit for my husband, as he was installing the new showerhead and other bathroom fixtures. I honestly was dreading the thought of going. But, when we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by the sales associate as to where we may be directed. We went to the aisle and there was this nice young man who, when we told him what we wanted, handed us the item and 5 minutes later, we were in the car heading back home. Loved it!!! Wish all stores can have this service. It was the BEST!!! :)

My In Store Esperance. THE STOR IS NEAT AND CLEAN EVERYTHING IS EASY TO FIND, AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL. I would recommend anyone to shop at this store they will find the prices right and products excellent.

The service lady at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful in helping build our order and making adjustments for us. I have done business with several HomeDepots across the country, and I can say from experience that the Pro Desk service lady and her team have been the most: helpful, engaged and willing to make sure I was able to take advantage of any available discounts and promotions. We can not say enough about how helpful this Pro Desk team was. In addition to helping us with in-store purchases, they showed they cared by helping us put together orders we needed from stores that were over 1100 miles away and for which, they would not get credit for the sale. We really appreciate all the help they gave us. We also had a great experience working with the Master Plumbing. Our project involved purchasing items for a building a medical clinic in Haiti, which means we have no real option to return to the store for items we may be missing or that did not connect properly. The Master Plumber took the extra time to make sure we got all the parts we needed, that they went together properly and that they were the best fit for our unique project. I wish this Pro Team and the Master Plumber, were in all Home Depot stores.

THE OVERALL STORE IS OK. I MUST SAY THE ASSOCIATES IN GARDEN WERE VERY ATTENTIVE ON THE DAY I WENT. I THINK A LOT OF WORK WENT INTO ORGANIZING THE GARDEN SECTION. THEY MADE SURE ITEMS LIKE MULCH WERE STACKED NEATLY IN THE PARKING LOT FOR EASY AND QUICK LOADING FOR THE CUSTOMERS. I ENJOYED MY TRIP TO THE DOVER HOME DEPOT AND LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK NEXT WEEK TO BUY POWER TOOLS FOR MY SUMMER PROJECT.

Several staff members were involved in helping resolve a problem I had with an internet purchase. Every one of them went above and beyond to help me and resolved a problem that was not the result of anything to do with the store. Bottom line they did all of the work and had me operational in one day versus waiting many days or weeks to resolve the issue with the website. Well Done!

The store was neat and clean. Sales associates were amazing and available to all of our needs. Kevin from flooring and blind was very helpful and patient. We were shopping with our 2 and 5 year old girls and the sales associates were patient, kind, and even found some balloons to occupy the girls while we finalized our selections. We had multiple trips to the store during our selection process and each visit was flawless. Excellent support and customer service!

My wife and I are very pleased with our associate. It appeared that she went beyond what was required, in assisting us, particularly in the selection of our purchase, to include pricing. Couldn't ask for more. Thus, we consider her an absolute credit to the store.

Excellent prices for vegetables and herbs. Sadly they were mostly picked over, but the associate informed me that more were on the way - Monday and Tuesday :). I will be stopping by again to finish my garden selections. Also - had huge Boston ferns on sale for $5 - an absolute steal. Will be getting some mulch too. Just missed the 5 for $10 sale, but the current sale is good too at 4 for $10.
