Great experience at the Dover DE Home Depot. Needed blinds cut to specific size. Associate Wendy was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. Customer service and expertise saved us a ton when we compared custom size blinds to be special ordered online. Thanks Wendy and Dover DE Home Depot.

We went to purchase a refrigerator and were very impressed with the service we received. We found the refrigerator we wanted out of the selection they had. Go see Donna in the appliance section. She was very helpful, friendly, funny and made the buying process 100% better. The store is clean and other employees were also helpful. I recommend going to this store!

We recently visited Home Depot in Dover, DE, to purchase carpet. Wendy in flooring was absolutely wonderful. She explained all of the carpets, padding, removal and installations process. We were given an estimate and were scheduled for a professional measurement at our home in 2 days. The measurement was completed on the date and time scheduled. We received a phone call that evening and emails regarding the estimate from John. The carpet and padding were ordered that evening and will be installed in 2 weeks. Thank you Home Depot, Wendy and John for a great shopping experience!

I stop in durning lunch to pick up a large order of 4x6x12 lumber staff was more then helpfull. they helped load and pull nice boards form the store.

Sales staff very helpful - store aisles wide and clean - would have given store a 5 but felt store signage could have been better when you entered the store for the department that were in the back of the store.

I liked the fact that they sell stuff that people didn't like and returned at a discounted price!

Great service, friendly staff

The Home Depot in Dover De has by far some of the best employees by far. I went there on 12/30/17 to purchase an electric woodstove and happened to get the tag number of a car involved in a shoplifting. Rebecca, Chris, Norda, Brittani and Bobby went above and beyond what i thought was adequate to repay me. I took my purchase home and upon opening it found that it wasnt the correct stove, wasnt even the right brand. Upon returning to store they exceeded my expectation yets again and after not finding the stove i wanted they gave me the display model. I will from now on highly recommend this store and there employees to anyone looking to make a purchase of anything from a plumbing washer to the highest price item the store carries. They have a customer for life.

Very nice store with a convenient location. Always have what I am looking for and helpful when I need assistance. Plus they are super nice to my dog who is usually with me.

I am responding thanks to the assistance of one of your associates who was extremely helpful to me on 2 separate occasions. Many of your survey questions do not fit with my visit or following comments. Randy Waters of your Dover, Delaware store helped me on Oct. 11, 2017 to identify some LED lights that I want to use with a show car display. They were perfect for my application. I ordered 8 in total. Unfortunately, one of the lights was defective. I returned it to the Dover store and received a refund for that one light. Subsequently, I was unable to replace this light either on line or in store. When I returned the remaining 7 lights on Nov. 20th (I required 8, but now require 10) Randy again assisted me by attempting to find the 3 additional lights for me. The message was they cannot now be ordered, a mere month after placing my order for 7. Randy on both occasions went above and beyond what one might expect, and certainly beyond most experiences for this day and age. I still would like to buy 10 of these particular lights, but HD must first supply them. Model # CER4742ABZ30 with an internet number of 205825536. Above all, Randy is to be praised for his assistance to me, as well as his interpersonal interactions with me, which were superb. Finally, I hope that neither of these items: the praise for Randy foremost, but also my need for these particular lights, fall on deaf ears. THAT would be a negative reflection on what HD really thinks of its survey process and customer service. store was well stocked. had items I could not find in my home state stores. Staff were super helpful.

The store was a shiny example of what a hardware/multi purpose store should., It was clean and well organized. The people were friendly and the greeter was superb. The store is a model that other like stores should aspire to.

Good customer services and product availability

We were ordering 6 panel slab interior doors & the sales associate told us the sale was over the next day. We brought in the measurements the next day & another associate ordered them for us. Both men were very helpful & courteous. We shop here often. Thank you!
