Sink was bought 3 years ago and the sink was bought 5 years ago. Never had any issues always stayed intact.

Home Depot has a problem at this store, if they cared they would fix this problem.

I visited my local Home Depot today looking for a specific strap anchor to fit a somewhat unique application, and the staff assistance was truly outstanding. I spoke with an associate in the hardware/fasteners aisle who not only understood exactly what I needed but also knew the exact product number and location in the store. Instead of just pointing, the associate walked me directly to the correct bay and ensured I had the right item before moving on. This level of knowledgeable, dedicated service saved me a lot of time and hassle. Thank you to the team for making what could have been a confusing trip easy and successful!

The majority of your employees act lazy and very disinterested in their jobs. The most UNHELPFUL bunch of employees that I've seen in this last 8 months. Try to do better.

I purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator with a 5 year Service Warranty! Jessica in the Appliance Department gave excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. Her department was shorthanded but she gave me her undivided attention! I was also very pleased with the large selection of Refrigerators to choose from. I will definitely purchase from Home Depot again.

Ive been doing a large remodel at my house and we buy most everything their Ive bought some tools I think we've spent close to $5000 so far it gets me how much its all gone up but we like the store for lots of reasons MICKIE

I bought several items online and received in a timely manner. Perhaps consider giving discounts to first responders and teachers.

I will get her name so I can mention it next time. But I call her sunshine, and she has said that a lot of people have chosen that nick name for her. She is ALWAYS bright and bubbly, kind, and willing to SERVE the customer. I like that young lady very much.

Have always been pleased with this store..especially my last purchase. The sales person was amazing.

The young man in the paint department was very nice and helpful. The woman who checked me out was kind and helpful. She even had a treat for my dog. I love shopping at this Hime Depot!

Store has limited items, had to order simple materials, and had to search for employee to assist. Experience was better than other stores, but still had trouble.

I am a farm manager for a local nonprofit. Our executive director was out of town, leaving me in charge of picking up a large order of bagged soil and sand that had to be prepared on a pallet. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted immediately with professionalism and friendliness. The employee explained they were trying to find my order on their grounds, gave me good instructions, and offered a drink while we waited. When my order was located, he gave me, again, great instructions on where to go to pick it up. It was an extremely pleasant experience.

I bought a range & was not told there was a $50.00 take away fee for removing my old range. I attempted to change the delivery date & was put on hold for 30 minutes. I then was hung up on 3 times!!!

First, there was no one near the section I was shopping. When I went to find someone, the guy acted like he was on the phone and walked from me... what a clown show.

I bought a water heater yesterday and had it installed in my rental house. The tenant is very happy.

Employees ,Lisa and Cassie, were very nice and helpful.

Asked them to show me a product that was in the ad !! They said all our flooring is over there !! I asked to show this product they said im not sure which product it is !! 0 help !! Had to go thru the skus to find product myself!! Had to load 30 boxes on cart they just stood around and watched never offered or came to help !!!

My first stop when I need something for a project. They usually have what I need/want and with options. Their prices are reasonable and offer a military discount. I sometimes order online and appreciate that option on tools and speciality items.

The employees at this Home Depot are friendly & helpful. The store is clean & well kept. The manager does an amazing job

I bought some blinds two months ago and I am still waiting to get the right ones in I've been in the store four times your employee was very rude to me the last time his name was Cedric.

I went to the Home Depot on Soncy and looked at refrigerators and no one showed any interest in helping me. Went to Georgia street and I was aproached right when I entered the appliance department. I appreciated it so much.

I walked up to the return area as nd there was several people in line. One was a return item customer but I don’t know about the others. I left the area and decided to return my item at another time. Returns should be the only thing that occurs at the return register

Purchased the Titan 1900 Pro online to replace a Wagner sprayer I have had for years to spray lacquer. Shipping was incredible fast. No complaints. The reason for selecting the 1900 Pro was that the suction tube was vertical. Got the sprayer, unboxed it started putting it together which just consisted of attaching the hose to the sprayer and the gun. I immediately thought something was missing from the gun, no filter, then realized that the hose attached directly to the gun. Don’t know how that is going to work in the future since there isn’t a filter on the sprayer either. The black hose is like trying to uncoil a metal tube? It is extremely stiff and when straightened out it is difficult if not impossible to coil it back up. Thi would use a new blue hose I had already, only to find out that the size of the ends are different from this sprayer. You are stuck with using the hose that comes with it. The hose that comes with the sprayer also has a male end to connect to the spray gun. The new hose that I had and was going to use has female threads in both ends. So they have fixed it so that you cannot put another hose on it and you have to use the gun provided. A huge disadvantage in my opinion. The whip I was going to reuse would not work either, and I don’t think the whip I ordered will work either since they have female ends on them as well. Also is says that you can spray lacquer with it, which is the reason I went with this one, but the suction tube is reinforced clear tube which the lacquer swelled up where it connected to the only filter the sprayer has. It came off when I lifted the suction tube up. I will see how it holds up over time, I only spray lacquer maybe one or twice a year. On the positive side I liked the way it sprayed, set up was easy and setting pressure was easy. Overspray was noticeably less, I used the recommended 311 tip for lacquer. I assume the new technology makes the sprayer much lighter than my older one. The hose and no filter are the two big negatives for me I don’t know about recommending it to a friend.

I needed a sprayer and hose for my kitchen sink. My Home Depot had a great selection of sprayers and prices to chose from.

I keep going back to Home Depot because it use to be my go to store. Now, it never fails to disappoint. Employees don't give a crap and it's obvious and no one puts thought to stock to the convenience of the Customer. Product store layout should be made available to the customer so customer NEVER HAS TO reach out to an employee for help because THEY ARE USELESS.

Sometimes in other home improvement stores, we have difficulty finding an employee to help us find what we are looking for and Home Depot had several employees knowledgeable about items for sale and willing to help us. Great merchandise!!!

The couple didn't realize how soon they would need these tools for little jobs at their new house. It was fun setting them up with the "state of the art" basics!

Sadly, due to theft, all high-value items are now behind locked cages. Unfortunately, there are never enough associates available to unlock or retrieve items. Speaking with associates, they are equally frustrated.

This is my go to location and I am there daily. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking. It's terrible if you have a trailer. It looks like to me that all employees parking is located on the contractor end of the building. Making it almost impossible to park in a decent location. Plus the pro parking areas are setup with signs that prevent a trailer. I've spent close to 10k at this location this year and will continue to shop here. Just kind of inconvenient.
