Great store with wonder people. They know their store and have bright and cheerful attitudes. We were in for fencing and the lumber department was great! They remembered us from the last time!! Love it.

Wandered through several departments and no one would offer to help me locate what I was looking for - also had several questions needed answered - then had to use the self serve check out because only one cashier and they were busy

All of the associates are very helpful & knowledgeable.

I told the girls in the tool rental that I would do this. Those girls are always happy and make my day easier. Keep the new crew.

My experience overall was fine and I didn't leave angry in any way. I came in to buy a Ross deep root feeder. I was sure I had bought it there before but maybe it was Lowe's.Just couldn't get the description across to the girl and had to repeat the same thing many times. I appreciated her interest in trying to help, however. She was very polite which was a big plus in my book.

The Home Depot in Amarillo, TX is a great store to shop at. My husband and I plan projects all week, go to Home Depot on Saturday, and finish the project by Monday. We can always count on finding exactly what we need.

Sales associate Kathy was helpful, more importantly she knew the products. I was purchasing grass seed, and also fertilizer. Her knowledge of what to use, how to use it, and options available help me make the best decision for what I wanted to do, and educated me for future lawn projects.

Great visit overall. Went to this store to pick up some carpet and bug bombs. I was satisfied with both products. The customer service was good but the man helping complained about being short staffed. To be fair they were that day. So the visit was good. I would go to that store again.

Have more associates available in the departments. I had to wait over 15 minutes for help/

Communication with personnel of every area is very important. They have to knoe if items in their area have been moved or sold.

Personnel assigned to some areas not knowlegable of what they have in their areas, either because those items have been moved or sold.

I always enjoy my visit to this store I am remodeling 2 house at on time and always in need of someting I don't waste any time I go striaght to homedepot for all my needs.

The plumbing associate was very helpful-above and beyond, as well as the associate that called him for us.
