Thanks for the fine service!!

The customer service at this store is horrible. I said "hi" to two employees, one of them being at the self-checkout and they never responded back. I would expect someone at self-checkout should at least address people, since they aren't really doing anything but watching you at this point.

Price matching is not needed, they are all the same I shop at Home Depot East Appleton, WI store for the friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and well trained staff.

Associate checked on availability of items I wanted and they had them and they set them at the Customer Service counter with my name on them , easy pick up and check out, saved me time in my busy day. Thanks

The best flower and plant selections in town!

Home Depot isn't my normal "go to" store but they're getting closer to being so, with the service I got today from Cassidy.

We bought our Husky Tool cabinet at Appleton East location. We walked in the door an immediately had someone assist us to the correct department. Once there a sale person Gkan offered to assist us. Melinda was also helpful knowing that the the tool box came in a box as well as a floor model. Very efficient ❤️

Purchased a freezer. Perfect size and love the extra baskets and led light that comes with it. Easy to move and will fit in a smaller space but ample storage n this 5.0 cu ft chest.

Melinda helped me with all my numerous questions, was very pleasant and even checked me out quickly. a 4 star employee. You're lucky to have her.

Walk into the store and the cashier Oliva was leaning over the garden center counter just texting away on her phone not greeting anyone or paying attention. Look for the seeds I needed, nope not there. Go to leave and the same girl is laughing about how one day she's just going to smash her scanner... Can't say I'll ever be back.

The interior design specialist was very helpful and had great recommendations!

The main reason I go to "My" Home Depot is the people are helpful and friendly....and they know what they are doing.

I was very impressed by this store. Several employees throughout the store offered to help me find what i was looking for. Sharon in Paint was especially helpful in matching a color paint for our sun room. I look forward to shopping again at this store with confidence that i will get quality product at a fair price and excellent service from the people.

Everything went real smooth from when I started to pick out my cabinets and counter top to getting to a no line waiting cashier. Her name was Linda and was awesome with my credit card application and explaining how it works and was funny. She did a great job!

The woman at the paint counter (thin, tallish, dark hair, glasses, possibly 50s....) you were INCREDIBLE. We were so impressed with you. Thank you for helping us to find the perfect stain color. You worked in the morning. You deserve a raise!

I walked into the store and Melindi greeted me in the isle asking if she could help me. Beautiful smile on her face and a lilt in her voice. She directed me to the isle I was looking for with a smile. At check out we had friendly banter. She thanked me for coming into the store and wished me luck with my move

My cashier Linda was very kind and cared about what I was buying. She deserves a raise for caring so much about her job.

Just purchased a new garage fridge as my old one expired. (24 year old Frigidaire) Sales clerk was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. 2 guys showed up to help load, no help required from me. Said "have a nice day" & went on their way.

Employees are friendly & helpful. Store is kept in good order.

Employee actually walked me to the department where I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

I was incredibly impressed with the customer service ladies Claire and Melanie. They both worked very hard to get me the discount that I was entitled to on my in-store online buying experience. I thought that customer service was dead but that was far from the truth at this Home Depot.

The nice folks at the service desk helped me figure out how to get my military discount into the HD system.

Home Depot has been my go to store for quite some time. There veteran friendly policies brought me here, but the helpful people and availability of products is what keeps me coming back too.

I love to decorate for fall and leave things up till Thanksgiving but this year I waited a bit too long and most every place had gone to all Christmas decorations! This Home Depot still had a good selection of Mums, fall wreaths and yard decorations! We’re always happy with the service and products at this Home Depot!

Great selection of items and at a cost I can afford. Instore people able to give advice on products available.

Marion showed us amazing customer service when she offered to help make our photo booth even better with large bales of hay. She saw me shopping in the Fall-themed decor and suggested we use larger bales which she offered to wrap up to load in my car. She and a few other employees certainly know how to assist customers and offer the best advice at their store. Thank you for everything! Our Fall Festival will be even better because of you!
