The customer service associate I worked with was very helpful and went above and beyond her line of duty to fix the problem I had with an online order. She resolved it as fast as she could and was pleasant about it as well!

I came home from my last trip to Home Depot telling my daughter that the salesperson recognized me as I walked into the store and greeted me asking me "how I liked my new fence"... bought over a month ago when he helped me!

On a recent trip (today :) 4 different people greeted and helped me!

I had an item to return and Karen, in customer service, did a wonderful job. She was efficient, knowledgable and kind. No hesitation whatsoever in helping me with the return. I highly recommend Home Depot over Menard's. Menard's customer service it horrible. My experience with Home Depot customer service, was commendable. She went above and beyond to help me. I will be doing more shopping at Home Depot in the future without a doubt. Thank you so much for your extra effort, Karen, in helping me.

From the moment I was greeted to the moment I checked out all of the employees at the store went above and beyond in providing stellar customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with the neatness and cleanliness of the store along with the knowledge that each employee that I encountered had about the products that I was interested in purchasing and their recommendations. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer and will tell my family friends and acquaintances about the excellent service that I received here.

I’m trying to be more of a DIY guy. I often find myself at The Home Depot to get supplies and expert advice. Today’s project is my first foray into cement. Employees walked me through the kinds of cement and products that would help make my project go smoothly and made suggestions. I got the stuff I needed as well as the confidence that I’m doing it right.

They were very helpful with my grill purchase. They let me buy the assembled one and helped me get it inside my vehicle. Even took off a side panel so it would fit. That is great customer service.

I bought big bags of dirt and Dan helped me find a cart, load the dirt upon it AND put the dirt in my car.

I was not sure how to buy a refill for our propane tank. I parked near the propane kiosk outside the store, thinking that I could do the transaction all outside. I quickly learned that I would need to step inside the store for a quick purchasing code. I grabbed my 7-month-old baby, my wallet, and the empty tank and headed inside. I was greeted by 3 female cashiers who quickly helped me while I carried my baby girl. One cashier carried my empty tank back outside, and another even entered the code for me once we were back outside again. Another (small!) woman carried the propane to the trunk of my car for me, all with a smiles on their faces and compliments to our baby. I was so blessed by these 3 female cashiers that I even bragged about them to my husband and extended family at a gathering later that night!

The gentleman helped me load bark because of bad back with total respect for my vehicle and myself.

I was pleased with my current riding mower but decided to buy a newer model. The store had several units on site.

Go see Lizzy in the flooring department. She was absolutely fantastic. When it came to selecting the carpet it was different than what we originally selected. She sat on hold for quite a while to correct the order. Then the new carpet we liked went on sale for a few days. She called to tell us about the sale. The call was not trying to sell us, but instead simply informing us. This is customer service! Great person to work with.

I bought a few essential items, such as a keg of nails. In addition, I feel the prices could have been a bit more reasonable. I was not given any bonus for opening a store credit card, but I was told my card will arrive in 14 business days, so I'll be waiting between two and three weeks before I will receive a discount.

Staff was very helpful in answering my questions, along with being very friendly.

HD hires experience staff that add value by helping with projects, product selection, etc.

Everything we needed to buy was in one place. Did not have to go anywhere else to finish our shopping. That alone was a great experience!! Service and products are excellent.

We drove to Appleton because of lack of a specific tile in the Green Bay stores. We were delighted to find several products, including some rugs, for our new house! We would have no problem driving a little further to purchase products that we look forward to using in our house.

Looking for flooring for four rooms of our home and the service was exceptional.

Cole is an amazing employee that will go above and beyond to help you. I cannot day enough about him. He truly cares and is so genuine. Hard to find people like that nowadays. Thank you Cole!

Had to return a door and lock set from a week earlier purchase. Left receipt at home, clearly my fault. Young lady spent extra time to eventually find the purchase and refunded everything. Was pleasant the whole time even though I made her job tougher.

Had to go to this location because they had the products I had been looking for. Nice location and the store is much neater than some. Staff was friendly and products cost less than another big box store in the area.

We were very impressed with the help we received buying a grill today. We were also happy to be asked if we needed help locating anything in the store. You don’t always get that in big box stores.

Came in on separate days to order cabinets and countertops. Claire went out of her way to assist in both design, product offerings, and took the time to explain all the details from beginning through the purchase process. Thanks a million!!
