I find myself at this store quite a bit. They have a good selection of products and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

We shop at this Home Depot for our business because the staff is very friendly and they will help pick products and get them ready for pick up. This saves us tons of time for our business.

Have done a lot of projects with help from the plumbing dept., and they are more friendly than any other similar store.

Spent way too long of time waiting in line at lumber yard register. Cashier spent too much time chatting up customer/ friend. Guy only had 3-4 items checking out. But the two spent 5 minutes chatting while the line of customers began to grow longer. Cashier's name didn't match the name on receipt either. Looks like he doesn't know how to do his job properly.

I had a trimmer reload line issue. Great to go into a store and find a person that wants to help, knowledgeable, and willing to solve an issue. I had a great experience there with Jeff who made sure I had the right product, solution, and did not worry about time. so refreshing, I will go back even if I have to pay more. I know I will have something that works.

I had a poor experience until I got to the cashier. Karen was very helpful and thorough and really efficient. It made the whole shopping experience very nice.

I bought 30 Grey Step Stones on Saturday place was packed. I asked for help and I got it I was loaded and gone in less than 15 minutes

I needed to replenish my mulch this year. Home Depot had the best price and the friendliest service. The 3 gentlemen who helped me during my visit are to be commended.

A cold & windy April day outside in the garden center was an excellent experience no matter the weather. The employees went above and beyond the load 25 heavy bags of rocks into the back end of my van and were kind, careful and pleasant. So appreciated!

This store is clean, well organized and well stocked. Employees greet you and can immediately direct to the correct location to find what you need.

I find the Appleton East location better stocked than the Appleton West location and shop East more frequently. I also think the employees at East are more friendly.

All the employees are really helpful, and everybody was happy to see me and work with me. I purchased cabinets for my laundry room and I was told they were all there hence why I bought them from there so I didn’t have to wait. When I went to pick them up the next day they said they were all not there and I had to wait a week and a half to pick them up again. This is really frustrating when I took out a day of vacation from work to pick them up and install them. So today was a big waste of time.

My whole experience was fabulous. From the gentleman from another department who greeted me and immediately assisted me when the two other reps in the appliance department were helping other customers, to the person at customer service who helped me set up the financing and clarifying installation charges to other reps who thanked me for coming to their store and wishing me a happy holidays.

Andy at the East Appleton Home Depot went above and beyond to help me with a freezer and delivery date. Even being an assistant manager, and busy, he did not rush me and followed up like he said he would. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and follow-up. Very appreciative.

Bought my 6 bags of salt for the softener. As a late 40s business owner and full time ICU nurse I am sure I appeared more than capable, but to be told "you can get them however you like" when there were 2 young gentleman available to assist is disheartening. Call me old school, but customer service doesn't just include the bare minimum of cashier duties. I hope these gentleman do not need someone to ASK them for help in the future and this will just be something they want to do because it is what we do for other humans. Whether I am employed there or not I will always help someone in need especially when I am doing NOTHING else. This has NOT been my previous experience here so I am hopeful with minimal training this can be resolved.

Oh my goodness! What an adventure my husband I had today! We went in to find a riding mower & dishwasher. The store was very well organized & we had no problems finding exactly what we needed and then some! The team at Home Depot went above and beyond to provide us with personalized attention & they actually made our journey fun! Shout out to Madison, Chad, Dan G. & Diane for making our Saturday FUN!

Found all product I was looking for. When I needed assistance I got it. The store was clean. Associates were top notch. I would have bought an American Flag but I could find the price of it. I like to know the price of items before I place it in my shopping cart.

Employee didn’t listen to what I was asking for when I called. I mentioned plastic-coated garden stakes. Plastic-coated was mentioned several times. I said the other Home Depot has them in the garden center. Employee told me they don’t. Wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. He sent me to a department that has non-plastic-coated u-stakes. He either doesn’t know his department or didn’t bother to look. When I got there, the building materials associate wasn’t listening to me when I mentioned the stakes have a plastic coating. After I saw that his dept. didn’t have what I needed, I went to the garden center and what I wanted was there all along. Poor customer service and lack of product knowledge. No problem-solving or critical-thinking skills. Manager was not available to discuss disappointing visit. He was on the phone somewhere in the store.

Really impressed with the knowledge of the sales associate at this store. We purchased a Dewalt Power Washer and we were advised to also purchase the pump protect product for seasonal storage. Always appreciate helpful tips!

I had the best customer service in a very long time. As I mentioned before all were friendly, helpful and concerned about making me feel like a valued customer.

We stopped for one item that we knew Home Depot carried for my shop vac. I was approached by a sales person toseeif I needed help finding something. She not only told us where the item was located, she stayed and made sure we found the right size, to make sure we found exactly what we needed. The check out person was VERY friendly and helpful (Karen L.), which rounded off our shopping trip perfectly. Thank You.
