Be on the look out for 2x4x10 framing studs that are not the exact size. I have found the excessively large studs at two locations in Wisconsin. I found out the hard way when using these boards to build a new garage wall.

I needed several pieces of plastic pipe to put a sump pump in at the house, the woman in plumping found all the right stuff!
